Project Description:

The project is to upgrade the Oracle IDAM components like Oracle Access
Manager from 11gR2PS2 to 11gR2PS3 and Oracle Identity Manager from 11g to
11gR2PS3, as part of the project, OAM and OIM will be deployed in Multi
Data Center architecture.The architect will have the ability to work across
different IAM technologies and will be laying out the IAM roadmap for Client

Responsibilities/Deliverables

• The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Architect is accountable and
responsible for the business to technical requirements alignment, technical
design as per requirements, architecture and evolution of IAM services. IAM
services include, but not limited to, authentication and authorization,
session management, access requests, access provisioning, access
reauthorization, remote access, IAM services API, role and entitlement
models, and directory technologies. The IAM Architect will work with other
Architects and Product Managers to create a roadmap that meets strategic
and current requirements.
• The role responsibilities also include technical design/specification
documentation, code development, testing, and implementation and limited
support.

What would a normal day for this position look like??

• Specifying guidelines and supporting processes for integration,
administration and maintenance. Interaction with application teams that
manage major user repositories and/or need to automate/standardize user
access request process, to gather requirements, design and deliver solution
to integrate with the existing IDM implementation
• Gather requirements and Guide / recommend the right integration pattern
for applications needing services, taking into consideration the impact to
the environment and standards currently set in. Support as required,

· Develop Cognos reports using in-house Cognos tools and SQL Server
database. Requirements will come from Relation models and DMR models, and
reports will involve drill up, drill down and master/detail queries.

· Some reports will be Scorecards and Dashboards designed for
company executives.

· Use Cognos Connection to schedule and burst reports across the
Business segments based on the security settings.

· Deploy reports from one environment to another.
· Define and document functional requirements and report
specifications.

*Major Responsibilities:*

· Requires a well-rounded set of skills to implement, upgrade,
troubleshoot and manage Windows and Linux, .NET and J2EE applications.
Also, requires a high level of Java programming skills.

· Duties include design, coding, testing and creating test scripts.
Design and create automation via scripting, monitoring and providing
improvements to the applications' performance.

· Must have good problem solving skills and be able to troubleshoot
general application issues. Must be able to understand, apply, and comply
with SDLC, Enterprise Project Management and a formal Change Control
process.

· The successful candidate will interface with vendors, business
units, offshore technicians and internal technical staff to resolve
problems or implement new releases. Researches and evaluates solutions and
recommends the most efficient and cost effective solutions for the system
design.

· Evaluates software and system problems and recommends system
improvements, new applications and develops plans to improve service.
Performs analysis of existing code or design new solutions or may integrate
purchased solution. Prepares detailed specs from which programs will be
written, then develop codes, tests, debugs, and documents those program
plans. Organizes the development of technical support standards.

· Has expertise in systems analysis, design and a solid
understanding of development, quality assurance and integration
methodologies. Has expert knowledge in programming languages, system
utilities, and database structures.

*Qualifications:*

· Seven+ years of programming/systems analysis experience and 3-5
years of relevant experience with emphasis in applications and systems
engineering development, database and middleware technologies.

· Experience with Java J2EE, SQL and PL/SQL programming on Oracle
10g/11g (SQL Server experience helpful), knowledge of Java application
server administration (Websphere, JBOSS and tomcat), and experience
troubleshooting Java and .Net application performance issues.

· Experience with Windows 2003 and Windows 2008 server
administration, DOS BAT scripting and VBA scripting, ksh and bash
scripting, experience with Red Hat Linux.

· Working knowledge of TCP/IP networking principles, LDAP and
Active Directory, digital certificate management.

· Experience with Enterprise Automation tools such as Autosys or
TWS and Enterprise monitoring tools such as splunk and wily. Working
knowledge of Apache web server and IIS web server, experience with .NET
framework and C#.
· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or
other related field, or equivalent work experience
