experience working on multiple projects simultaneously. Candidate should
have strong interpersonal skills to complement the above technical

mainly technical in nature, include:? Understand business requirements for
customer service functions and convert into system level technical design
with in-depth understanding of PeopleSoft CRM BORM (business object
relationship model)? Develop solutions using PeopleSoft Application
Designer and other PeopleSoft delivered tools like Application Engine,
Application Package and Integration Broker? Create test plans and
coordinate testing within the team and business group? Document ongoing
system enhancements and any system issues, and coordinate with manager to
fit these into future planned migration releases? Providing input and in
some situations take lead on creating user manuals and/or user training
material to medium size project teams (4-15 team members)DESIRED SKILLS:
Expertise in any of the following technologies would be highly desirable:
Windows O/S as well as Unix skills including scripting and CRON scheduling;

This role will provide IT project management for to separate two existing
factions of the firm.

This multi-year program impacts technology across many functions including
Global Transaction Services, HR and physical networking at sites where two
entities have collocated staff. The PM will be responsible for leading some
of the technology related work streams including the Property and
Technology activities and for contributing guidance and direction on
others. This will entail developing and managing plans, development and
execution of technology strategy including some level of architectural
design and vendor management as appropriate. Ability to operate as an
influencer at a senior level in the organization is important.
