I've skinned a few ducks. Basically I slit the bird along the breast up to the

Thanks for the help.  I shall unfreeze the birds and work on them this
weekend. I'll pull the feathers off the head and discard it, wash all
feathers, microwave, dry and seal in vacuum packing and see how that turns
out.  These are absolutely beautiful birds and I don't want to waste a
