I wish I had the answer...

It's not an issue really. Do like ThePan.org and WreckSalvage did.
Use youtube as much as they use you. Creat interstitials and short
teaser videos, put your domain name at the end. Just keep in mind
anything you post on Youtube is trash. There's no archiveability, no
accountability, and as this instance shows... stuff just gets randomly
deleted without any due process or explanation.

Use youtube as marketing.

  Has YouTube GONE MAD?!?!?!?

That was a KEWL video. In fact, eating healthy and weight loss is an
issue I have to face personally. As such, THIS IS RIGHT UP MY ALLEY
  Steve.

You can bet SpicesForLife will get a few links from me. I'll put one
on my heath blog as well as AMWOWT TV (That's my all purpose vlog
where the sandwiches are BTW :D)as well as both of my podcasts (Audio
AND video). I'll also post a video on AMWOWT TV and plug it on
tonight's Pat Cook Show on TV and post the same video @
  http://thepctvshow.blogspot.com/ if at all possible.

And yes, I'll also be sure to SUBSCRIBE (Either through WinPodder or
  iTunes if not both).

You can pass this along to Nina too.

AnyhowJust figured you would wanna know Steve. :D

  Cheers :D

Sounds like the subject of a great vlog post to me.

Of course, herein lies the big problem... Yes, blip.tv has a lot of
 viewers,
but not like youtube. So you have a toss-up... do you go with the
lesser-known but more accepting host or do you go with the host that's
 less
accepting of content but makes large-volume views more likely?

I wish I had the answer...

I did not get an answer from YouTube.

I have been given an email of someone inside YouTube. I emailed them
  and am awaiting their reply.

This experience points up the difference to me of posting my videos
  on YouTube vs. blip.tv.

With blip.tv, I'm working with people. With YouTube, it's just a
  website.

I don't have to tell you guys on the list how responsive blip.tv is.

If anyone else on the list has a contact at YouTube, I'd love to get
  it and be proven wrong.

I'm not sure why they took this down, and would like to talk to a
YouTube person to find out why.

Could it be because our video has a sponsor?
