No, I am describing where to find the Chat button on the Trivia Crack app. I 
don't know the question about being able to invite facebook users all at 
once, I have only ever invited one at a time.

Hia is the Facebook app for Trivia Crack accesible if so where do you go to 
play on fb? I've submited a support request to ask about how to block picture 
questions for a blind person or to have them put a setting in that allows us to 
set if we don't want picture questions. I've heard nothing back. Has anyone 
else ever sent a support  and feedback request?

A lot of the unlabeled buttons when you double tap them, they do nothing. If 
you double tap on the tab on the bottom right corner, which is labeled Menu, 
and then double tap on Shop, it will show how many coins you have. I have

Facebook with Safari

Since the facebook app is not really working that well with voice over, I had a 
question about accessing facebook with voice over in Safari.
Is there a way of viewing the most recent post of your newsfeed in Safari?
I did look, but did not have any luck in finding a way.  Any help with this 
would be appreciated.

Hi Jan,

Force quitting all apps and either restarting your phone or doing a Reset 
Network Settings which will also restart your phone in the process are 
preliminary steps to upgrading to a new version of iOS. Many people say that is 
not necessary to even close all apps let alone restart the phone or do a Reset 
all network settings, but while it may not be necessary in many cases, things 
can go wrong during an upgrade and many experienced iPhone people have found 
that it is less likely something will go wrong if you do these few simple 
preparations.

Keep in mind that if you reset network settings you will have to reconnect to 
your WiFi and most likely be asked for your WiFi password after you reboot the 
phone. This of course is necessary for an over the air update since usually the 
files are too large to go over 3G or LTE.

Like I said, if you want to run the least risk when doing an over the air 
upgrade, then do a backup either to iCloud or via iTunes, then orce quit all 
apps and restart your phone or to be totally safe, go to Settings, General, 
Reset and Reset All Network Settings. Let the phone reboot, reconnect to your 
WiFi, then to the update.

I just contacted amazon and there is a work-around.  When you get one of their 
retail assistants, ask for the password assistance unit.  They will transfer 
you and you tell the person about the captia issue.  They will get info from

But that’s a pain if you use the site often. Many blind people use amazon 
because of the convenience and transportation issues. They should be made aware

Go and check out www.RadioThermostat.com http://www.RadioThermostat.com . The 
thermostat they sell online is definitely one I heard others have bought at 
Home Depot. The accompanying app is definitely mostly accessible and is being 
used by a number of people on the list. I have 3 of these and control them all 
with the app and have had them now probably for 3 years or so. I believe NEST 
also has a thermostat, but I can’t say anything about the accessibility of the 
app.

Andy, I just checked amazon.ca amazon.com and amazon.co.uk, and none of
them presented a captcha on the sign on page. They all asked for email
address and password.

Hi Larry. I don't think that's outrageous. I think flooding them with
complaints is completely unnecessary. If they did put captions in their
sign in, get an app like a TapTapSee, save the image to the camera roll,
and used to Pepsi or some other app like it to give you the caption.
There's really no need to say we should flood them with complaints,
especially since there seems to be accessible solutions.

I just contacted amazon and there is a work-around.  When you get one of their 
retail assistants, ask for the password assistance unit.  They will transfer 
you and you tell the person about the captia issue.  They will get info from 
you and put in a request to remove the captias from any accounts you have.

Technically, a full shut down of the iPhone should terminate data
connections. Sometimes, this does not happen, such as when the iPhone
is downloading data and new software is being installed or the phone
shut off. Sometimes, people report that the iPhone tries to resume
making the data connection but the data never fully downloads.  It is
a rare occurrence, but when it happens, people say it is a major
hassle to resolve.

With all due respect, sir, I think that’s an awful solution.  People shouldn’t 
have to do that and tap tap adds another expense to your monthly outlay.  
Amazon will remove the captias from blind users’ accounts and I think this is a 
very acceptable solution.

complaints is completely unnecessary. If they did put captions in their sign 
in, get an app like a TapTapSee, save the image to the camera roll, and used to 
Pepsi or some other app like it to give you the caption. There's really no need 
to say we should flood them with complaints, especially since there seems to be 
accessible solutions.

You people using dictation need to really consider how stupid it looks when you 
 mis-word things like caption  and to pepsi

It used to be hilarious but became quite disheartening a long time ago. It's 
even more embarrassing (or should be) when someone tries to stir the pot by 
claiming there are accessible solutions for CAPTCHAs but can't quite enter the 
characters to even make a convincing argument. There really is no convincing 
argument anyway.

It's plainly a simple case of laziness or illiteracy, and I suspect mostly 
laziness

So put this on the camera roll and send it off to to pepsi for analysis. 
Maybe they'll take the time to correct the errors and offer an opinion on the 
matter. Meanwhile, I pay for Amazon Prime and have a password. I do not intend 
to be subjected to an inaccessible CAPTCHA when there are accessible 
alternatives available, if this is indeed what Amazon is doing. I have not 
tried to purchase anything in a couple of days but will be using it tomorrow.

While I do not have a good answer to your question, I have a related question 
which I believe you may be able to help me with.

I also have Talking Atlas and I can only get it to show me countries and not 
states or provinces. etc.

From your question, it seems as if you are able to see US states, for example, 
whereas I am not.

Am I understanding you correctly? I.E. Can you see each individual state in the 
USA and their spacial relationship to each other?

If so, can I ask how you are doing this?

As I’ve said above, I am only able to see countries on the map but nothing more 
detailed than that. I.E. I can see the USA but no states within it. It is 
fairly frustrating. :)

As for your own question, I suspect the creators of the app probably do not 
have the level of fine-grained detail you are after just yet.

Have you contacted them to express your concerns?

I would also be happy to contact them along with you as well, as I really feel 
that a useful and detailed map application is something which is very important 
for us as visually impaired people.

I just went to the Amazon site, signed out and back in again and was not 
presented with a capcha? I did have some problems a month or so ago when they 
made me change my password and were requiring the capcha but they helped me 
through it by phone. So far, I have found Amazon to be helpful with assistance 
on their site and on the Audible site which now belongs to Amazon. I hope 
everyone gets this worked out.

I just contacted amazon and there is a work-around.  When you get one of their 
retail assistants, ask for the password assistance unit.  They will transfer 
you and you tell the person about the captia issue.  They will get info from 
you and put in a request to remove the captias from any accounts you have.

Trivia Crack: question blocked by popup I can't dismiss

Hi all,
Sometimes, if I accept a challenge or do anything else that opens Trivia Crack 
and immediately puts a question on the screen, I can't see the question. I can 
see the timer, and hear the little sound counting away my final ten seconds, 
but VoiceOver only sees you were ranked xx in the weekly ranking or these 
people are stuck, help them out. There's a close button I can swipe to, but 
double tapping it doesn't actually close anything, and the question I'm 
supposed to answer remains stuck behind the popup until it expires and I lose. 
Is there a trick to avoiding this problem? I can try to remember to open the 
app itself, rather than doing so from the notification I get, but is there a 
way to just get rid of any popups blocking the question? Thanks.

If you are using iMap, then I would sign in to my account on the computer, and 
delete them that way.  If your not using iMap, then I am afraid there is no 
other way to do it.  All though you could get sited help, turn voice over off, 
and have them select all of them then delete them.  HTH

As of right now I'm waiting for yet another  update. I don't know what else to 
do at this point. Everything was working so beautifully. Anyhow I have 
confidence that everything will be allright. I know I may sound strange, but I

Good morning all, just to add a little hope perhaps, audible is working on the 
issues. They hope to have the problems resolved soon. I talked to them I 
believe it was last Saturday, and they were very nice. About your book issue 
Seghard mine are gone to it appears, but if you restart the app they show up 
momentarily. So what I'm trying to say is there not really gone even though 
they don't show up in your app. Katy keep your hope alive. That is a great

If you selected errace all content and data, it would be like it was the day 
you bought it meaning it would not have wi-wi connecting etc.  You would have 
to set all that up again.  On the other hand, if you were going to sell it, 
that’s exactly what you would want.

I was playing around with it and I think I found it. Look at the bottom 
tabs, the first says home. There is a button beside that but it is not 
labeled. If you double tap on that, a list of people comes up that you can 
either start a chat with or see what they have said to you.

Caution I don't recommend updating the Audible app. They have introduced some 
serious problems with the last two updates. Currently the audible app is 
unuseable. I will patiently wait for another update. I've been contacting

I have a navigational script on my site, and for the sake of a fuller list 
of US cities,  and their  grid location, I could add them.  I only have the 
best known cities of the world so far.  But it is good for picking distences 
and directions absolutely,  which was theo riginal purpose.
Could do with continuing with a project like this.  I have all the postcodes 
for the UK which is an even more refined level of location.

for the UK which is an even more refined level of location.

Hi if you forget your password choose forgot password.  Then an email will be 
sent you to you and I think if I am correct they will either  send you a new 
password or send you a link to reset your password.
