Savng the INZ file

2018-09-11 Thread Kevin Gibbs
In the S A 511 documentation, it says that you don’t recommend saving the INZ
file in the %Program Data% folder. By default, any INZ file is saved in
Program Data\Samplitude Pro X3 Suite, I think. Are you saying that you
shouldn’t save it in the Program Data main folder? Are you saying you should
save it somewhere other than the Program Data\Samplitude Pro X3 Suite Folder?
Is it okay to save it in the default folder? Please clarify.

RE: listening to the presentation.

2018-09-11 Thread Sieghard Weitzel
And there is also Jonathan Mosen’s podcast which will be available at some
point within a day or so of the event. If you want to get the most out of the
event it is probably your best option since his daughter takes tons of
screenshots during the presentation whenever Apple shows information which is
not necessarily talked about. All of this information is then also discussed in
his Podcast.

Hi all,

Thanks for your suggestions. On Apple support advice we reset device
settings and this restored Voiceover to normal working. Thankfully we
didn't have to do a full restore which would have been the case if
Voiceover had been corrupted in some way.

I was quite surprised how little had to be done afterwards to restore
full functionality, all the apps retained their login status.

It might sound silly, but make sure your screen is clean, I have seen strange
things happening with a greasy or dirty screen and if you have a screensaver on

Hi,
if we use SIRI it says voiceover on within settings/accessibility with no
speech it says nothing. I should add we do hear the usual swipe noises etc.

If we use SIRI a second time it says Voiceover is already on.
Is there anything that could be muting Voiceover but not anything else?
Music plays and the Phone rings and SIRI works so I am a bit stuck as to what
is going on!

My thought was that Voiceover was crashing for some reason so we check the free

Has anyone come across this before and know of a quick fix before I go to Apple
support who I expect will tell me to restore the phone.

Just curious how you reset device.

RE: Seeking Advice on Upgrading from iPhone 5 to iPhone SE

2018-09-11 Thread Carolyn Arnold
All big companies, like Wal-Mart, the car manufacturers apply pressure on, like
with cars the dealerships to sell so many models of this and that, and Wal-Mart
with communities about where their stores are and what accommodations they
demand.

Best regards,

What many do not realize is the pressure phone companies have to maintain a
relationship with Apple. They are required to buy a certain number of phones
and sell them at any price they wish. As a partner, the big phone companies may
get secret information, such as advanced notice of Apple discontinuing the SE.
Apple needs to move this inventory of old phones and AT needs to meet its
quota or it will be forced to buy phones from Apple that it cannot move through
its sales channel easily. Apple could offer deeply discounted phones to AT
who then sells them only to existing customers with really old phones at a
steep discount. Craig gets a brand new cheap iPhone and the companies are happy
because Apple was able to maintain pricing power, eliminate unneeded inventory,
and AT can meet its sales quota this year.

Craig, I understand your interest in keeping your provider. I live in a really
big city and the major companies all provide service here.
downstate, Sprint and T-Mobile service is spotty and some areas are only served
by Verizon or AT You may be in a similar situation.

Kelly

Ah, the joys of copyright.
When my wife and I got married in the Philippines we had chosen a number of
pop/love songs and had a lady who sang the main song, From the Moment by Shania
Twain as my wife walked down the isle.
The photography team also included a couple of guys who did video and they made
us two films, one 15-minute edit and one that is 31 minutes. They used among
others “Marry You” by Bruno Mars as the music and I posted the shorter one on
Youtube and none of my family in germany could see it because they didn’t allow
it there I guess because of the songs.

Hello Sieghard
Yes, it would be wonderful if you can visit us. As far is the song is
concerned, it is the first time that I get this youtube message: The uploader
has not made this video available in your country. I shall search for it in the
Apple music store because I do not know the song.

One warning, though, Fanus, John Denver has some awesome songs, but maybe one
day I’d like to visit South Africa and if I do I’ll come visit.
If I do don’t ever play all 5 John Denver albums or I’ll add one more song to
the end of your play list, it is this one:
Bubba Shot The JukeBox by Mark Chesnut and you can feel free to call me Bubba
and think of your iPhone or Sonos spleaker as the JukeBox in that case *grin*
In case you don’t know the song, here it is:
Bubba Shot the JukeBox on
Youtube
You can of course always just ask SIRI to play it.

Take care,
Sieghard

You could try asking Siri to “Play John Denver” or “Play John Denver from my
music”. It may, or may not, play the tunes in the sequence you wish, but you
could try it and see. I ask Siri all the time to “Play Artist Name” and it
does, but mostly I don’t have music downloaded onto my phone, so it streams
from a channel it selects.

Hi

Go to library in the music app. Select the 1st album, I start the album
playing. Open the next album you want to play. Swipe to More. In the list of
opttions is Play next, tap on this. Do the same for the 3rd album. Tap to open,
swipe to More, swipe to Play Next, tap & all 3 albums should play without
stopping.

Donna

Hello, list
Here is an example of my problem. I have five albums of John Denver on my
iPhone. I want to play those albums one after the other. When I select artist
from the music main screen and navigate to john Denver it still shows the names
of the five albums and when I activate the play button it plays the first album
but it does not automatically continue to the second album. I have to select
each album and activate the play button again. Is there a way to play all the
music of an artist sequencially?

The only way to listen on Windows is if you are on Windows 10 and then you have
to use the Edge browser, it is the only one which supports whatever Apple’s
