Hello, arrow keys won't work how you're expecting them to work. And places
where you find them not working, turn on quick navigation by pressing the left
and right arrows together. Then you can use the up-and-down arrows, or the left
and right arrows to navigate whatever you're wanting to navigate. I hope this
helps you and your new MacBook experience.

My kid got one and I want to learn how to use it. Speciffically, the arrow
keys that normally work on a pc don't work when reading on the mac. What
does? I'd like to read line by line with the ability to look at words and
charactors like I do with my pc.

I love my IPhone now I'm trying to get smart with the macbook.

Any ideas?

I would ask if the person you are calling uses WhatsApp, it’s much more widely
used in Europe and many parts of Asia and if so thenyou can make that call for

And one more thing regarding international calls, you probably want to check
with your carrier what the rate is because otherwise you may get a nasty
surprise when you get your bill.
I never use my regular carrier/provider for international calls, there are
plenty of apps with Skype probably being one of the best known which allow you
to buy a few Dollars of credit and use that for inexpensive international calls.

RE: Plus sign when dialing a phone number?

2023-12-06 Thread Sieghard Weitzel
If you are dialing from the dialpad and don’t want to add the number to your
contacts it is much easier to dial 00 in front of the country code, e.g. if you
want to call the United Kingdom which has a country code of 44, you would dial
0044 and then the number.
