Re: The walmart grocery app

Hi Bill, you are explaining the Walmart app, not the Walmart grocery app. The
Walmart grocery app is not very accessible. Truthfully it is easier to go to
Walmart grocery in Safari and do your shopping that way at least that is the
way I do it.

TextNow which used to be pretty accessible in Textfree but neither are very

Re: nfb RESOLUTION [WAS "Re: Let's Play "King of the Mountain""]

2016-08-25 Thread Roger Frischenmeyer
Mario, no one is questioning that Apple has bugs in their software at times and
some of those bugs are problematic. However, it seems a little disingenuous to
me that the national Federation of the blind criticizes Apple for their excess
ability yet doesn't say anything about other companies excess ability. Why is
that?? And Apple should make their products accessible, and I would assume we
both agree they should, shouldn't google as well? Shouldn't they be held to
the same high standards that apple is? And if they don't reach those standards,
shouldn't the national Federation of the blind if money isn't really what is
driving them, have a resolution encouraging them to make their products more
accessible as well? Why was there no resolution discussing the excess ability
of Google products? And less money is really what is driving this conversation.

2016-08-25 Thread Roger Frischenmeyer
I find it interesting that the resolution is critical of Apple for not testing
their releases for excess ability and issues around the voiceover software, yet
no resolution called on any other technology company to even work to make their
product. Fully accessible. I wonder if there is a little pettiness with the
national Federation of the blind when it comes to Apple and truthfully, it
makes me question the credibility of that organization when it comes to
software and these topics.

Apple Music question

2016-08-02 Thread Roger Frischenmeyer
Hi, is there a way when you add files to your iCloud to have Apple Music not
match them? I have some songs I have the original version and when they match
them it is a later version that I don't like is well. Any ideas would help.
Thanks Roger

smart beetle+iphone question

2016-01-07 Thread Roger Frischenmeyer
Hi, I recently purchased the smart beetle braille display and was
wondering is their a way to make the braille automatically pan? I know
that the letter r with the spacebar makes voiceover read from selected
item forward but it only shows the first 14 cells of each page. Any help
would be appreciated. Also, if you do know how to automatically pan, can
you tell me how to slow it down or speed it up as well. thanks roger

YES! She (she being Cortana) can definitely Sing?
She can also TellJokes. She can also perform many
activities a PersonalAssistant should, but I am
unsure if those actions will be available due to
 Apple's restrictions, which prevent Google's
GoogleNow & Microsoft's Cortana from outshining Apple's Siri on iOS.

I don't understand your message. How are you trying to install the

I usually just use the App Store on my iPhone. After I find the app I
want to install by searching for it, I double tap the free button near
the top of the screen. It usually says free followed by the name of
the app and then the word button. If it isn't free then you'll hear
the price instead of the word free. After you double tap the
free/price button you then want to double tap the install button,
which will get VoiceOver focus, so it should be easy to find. You may
then have to enter your Apple ID and password, and it should install.

I am in the app store, but there is no button that says free or the
price any more. There is a button that says share, 1 that says related,
and than the app screen shot. The install button or price buttons are
not their any more.

Subject: [BARD-Support] Downloading books and magazines with the BARD
Mobile

app

Dear List Members,

Here are the steps for downloading a book with BARD Mobile, the
iPhone app

for using BARD.

Open BARD Mobile, and Choose the Get Books tab. You have several
options on

this screen.

If you want to download a book from your wish list, choose the first
option,
which is Wish List. If you double-tap this option, your wish list
will be
displayed in reverse chronological order. Double-tap the title of the
item

you wish to download.

Next is a section called Recently Added Titles. It includes four
options:

Audio Books, Audio Magazines, Braille Books, and Braille Magazines.
Double-tap the option you want to see a list of recently added titles in
that category. Each item on this screen includes the title and a More
Info
button. Double-tap the title of the item you want to download, or
double-tap
More Info to see a synopsis or other information. There is a Download
button
on the More Info screen, which you can double-tap if you decide to
download

the item.

The final section on the Get Books screen is called BARD Website. It
includes one option: Browse BARD. If you double-tap this option, the
BARD
main page opens. Use the search options on this page to find books as
you
normally would. The link following each book title is an Add to Wish
List
button, so you can easily add the books or magazines you find to your
wish

list.

You have several navigation options while browsing BARD. In the top
center
of the screen is a heading called BARD. To its right are Back and
Forward

buttons. These work like the standard Back and Forward buttons in a web
browser; the Back button takes you to the page you last visited, and the
Forward button returns you to a page if you have used the Back button
to go

to a previous page.

To the left of the BARD heading is another Back button. This one
takes you
out of the BARD site and back to BARD Mobile. This is the button
you'll want

to double-tap after you have added books to your wish list and want to
download them. So the procedure for choosing and downloading books
from the

BARD main page is as follows:

1.Find the books and/or magazines you want to download, and add them
to your wish list.
2.Double-tap the Back button to the left of the BARD heading to
return

to BARD Mobile.
3.Double-tap the Wish List option.
4.Double-tap the title you want to download. A confirmation message
will appear.
5.Select OK.

While the title is downloading, you can double-tap it to pause.
Double-tap

it again to resume the download.

Selected items will download one after another in the order they were
selected. If you double-tap an item already queued for download, it
will be

moved to the top of the queue.

If you leave BARD Mobile while items are being downloaded or the screen
locks, downloading will stop. Downloading should resume the next time
you

open the app. If it doesn't, select the bookshelf tab. All items you are
trying to download are listed there and labeled Queued for download.
Double-tap the item or items you want to download.

BARD Mobile will always download via wi-fi if it is available. If
you're not

in wi-fi range, BARD will download via the cellular network if you have
turned on Download over mobile network in the User Account section of
Settings. If this option is off, BARD Mobile will stop downloading
until it

has access to wi-fi again.

We hope this information will help as you begin to use BARD Mobile.

Sincerely,
The BARD Technical Support Team

Hi,

I partly disagree here. It depends on the media being played, and how
the content is being delivered really. for the sake of this topic
will just keep it to audio. I’ve listened to hours of audiobooks via
the audible app and only lose a few percentage points on my battery
life. The same goes for listening to music stored on the device. Of
course, streaming audio causes the battery to drain faster.

I mean, I agree that listening to audio will drain your battery but,
compared with all the other things we do with our phones, this doesn’t
really impact battery life as much.

As the saying goes though, to each their own. I much rather have 1
less device to carry although it means getting an hour a day less out
of my phone before charging.

I disagree that DOminos isn't accessible. I use it all the time and have no

Subject: BeMyEyes: A ground braking product I'm a part of

Hi all.

I'm involved in this cool project. Read more here:

Be My Eyes is a non-profit initiative that aims to equip blind with a pair
of eyes which fits into your pocket. This can be done by the blind at any
time, on his/her smart phone: you start an application, and can through this
be put in direct video connection with a voluntary sighted person. The
sighted volunteer helps you through the camera in the blind person's smart
phone to see (video transmitted to the helpers smart phone) what the blind
person is pointing at with the smart phone camera and can solve a given
task. The task could, for example. be: Reading the date on a milk carton,
see if two socks are alike, read the buttons on the washing machine, etc. It
is the blind who has control over what the volunteer sees, while the
volunteer can for example say a little closer or date is on the other
side of the milk carton. This way the blind and the sighted volunteer help
each other to solve the given task.

The technical part of the project is, first, to develop an application
available for the blind that can connect the users with sighted volunteers -
here is so far developed a prototype. The second part is to develop a system
on a server that all Be My Eyes will run on. When you create a user account
on the system, you could choose whether you are the visual impaired who
needs help, or if you are the sighted person who wants to help. The sighted
help to be able both to use the system on an iPhone (or other smart phone
platforms), an iPad tablet (or other tablet platforms) with a larger screen
so it's easier to see the image and on a computer where the image is, of
course, it depends on the screen connected to the computer.

The idea is to build a network of volunteers who want to help. You can even
sign in and out anything useful, and you can specify what time of the day or
week you have time to help, where you will be notified accordingly. If
technology allows, then the visually impaired also use the app over 3G and
4G, making the possibilities endless, since in this way you can use the
system anywhere. This requires of course that as a visually impaired learn
some techniques to use the camera properly. The advantage of video interview
is that the sighted volunteer can guide one to use the camera properly,
which eventually becomes better and better.

The team behind Be My Eyes is a mixture of blind, partly sighted and sighted
people who know the depth of the problems the project to solve. All involved
have contributed on a strictly volunteer basis.

The idea stems from Hans Jørgen Wiberg who himself is visually impaired.
Hans Jørgen works as a visually impaired consultant in the Danish Blind
Society. Here he experienced countless times to sighted assistance in a
moment would have made the blind able to solve a variety of tasks on their
own. When Hans tried video conferencing on his smart phone dropped the
pieces in place - through a voluntary network could be in the moments when
the blind was faced with tasks that required vision, get assistance via
video chat on your mobile!

We are looking for volunteer programmers, visually impaired as impaired. The
advantage is that a visually impaired programmer familiar with the
challenges of accessibility, and a sighted programmer to help with the
visual. We are looking for both people who create applications for PC / Mac,
iOS and server based systems.

In order to implement this exciting project, we are also looking for
financial help, as all in the team is working volunteer and we need some
help outside the company as programmers and such, which is not cheap.

If you want that all this comes true, then you can donate to us on Indiegogo

  Hi All,

For the last few weeks, VoiceBook VO has experienced an interruption in
service. The issue has been resolved; data is flowing again. I apologize for
the interruption, but it took a while to work with Facebook to get the problem
cleared up.

Many people reported trying to fix the problem by uninstalling and
reinstalling the application. Be aware that if you did this, it will lose the
flag that indicates you have already paid for an upgrade. Good News! If you
go through the purchase process again, Apple will recognize that you have paid
already and will NOT charge you again. It can be a little unnerving since the
screen asks for a confirmation to charge you, but if you agree, it will
recognize that you have already paid and send the flag down to the app.

Thank you for your patience, and all your kind words about the app.

Hello,

I have been playing around with database options for the IPhone. So
far I haven't found anything that lets me view the data very well. I
was wondering if anyone had found a good application for viewing the
data on their IPhone.

What I would like to be able to do is:

1. Load data from a csv file or from a sqllite database into the
application.

** I would prefer to be able to do this through Drop Box.
2. View the data in a table format on the IPhone.
** and be able to navigate the table through VoiceOver.

I am currently using an application called SQLed, which allows me to
import the data from Drop Box, and set up my tables as I want them,
but it doesn't seem to give much in the ability to view the data. So
far I have only been able to access the first two columns, but nothing
more.

I have been able to export the database to my MAC and then view the
entire table structure, and all of its data, in a MAC application.
This works when I am home, but not so much when I am out and about,
and wanting to do some work on the bus or something.

I have looked briefly into Bento, but it was very unweildy. It took
several seconds for any swipes, when on the MAC, to be recognized, so
navigation, though accessible, was completely useless. The IPhone
application seemed better, but I could not find a good way to access
specific records, since they were only designated by dates, instead of
IDs or Names.

Thanks,

Denny

Hmmm, not to be contrary with anybody else on this list, but I’ve found the
Walgreen’s app sufficiently accessible to enable me to:

- use the “Refill Prescription” feature reasonably effectively – scanning
the bar code is a bit challenging but not impossible by any means
- searching through weekly specials is fine
- locating a “store” is very usable
- the coupon feature is a bit dicey because I suppose it’s only a picture
of coupons

Is it 100% accessible? No.

Does it take some practice to use some of the accessible features
efficiently? Certainly!

Is it an app I enjoy using and can accomplish given tasks? Absolutely!

Is it pricey? Not at all – it is free.

Would I recommend it to other totally blind iPhone users? That is exactly
what I’m doing here!

One pointer on using the “Refill” feature; the bar code is typically on the
right side of the label, but you need to turn the bottle on its’ side to scan
it correctly because that bar code is positioned sideways on the right side of
the script label. And some items – those that come in boxes rather than those
plastic bottles – present a bit more of a challenge. Just remember that the
bar code is positioned sideways on the right of the script label and you should
be able to locate and scan it.

One thing, if you don’t get it right (scanning the bar code that is) the
app immediately informs you of an invalid script number. And if you get some
wrong number, unless it just happens to be a script number belonging to you it
will not process.

Personally, I wouldn’t be without the Walgreen’s app, it’s much more
convenient than having to look up a script number and call it in. And, yes, I
am totally blind so cannot use any residual sight to help me use this app.

Hi John,

I, like you, was under the impression that the 9 volt battery holder was
included. Are we wrong or was it really the case. That is how I
understood

it when I purchased mine. I guess we'll just have to wait and see what we
receive. If it was not included, something needs to be fixed on that site
because I clearly read that it came with the 9 volt battery holder

Thanks to the person who took the inniciative to do this. I tried to order
the product over the weekend and their web site could not connect me to
PayPal. I was able to place an order on their site today. I'm not sure why
they are including the 9v battery pack for free since it already came with
it that way. I am looking forward to receiving it. It almost makes the
Optacon obsolete.

On 3/15/13, Raul A. Gallegos r...@raulgallegos.com wrote:

Hello List,

A Viphone member who prefers to remain anonymous recently thought to
ask if Standscan would consider offering Viphone members a small
incentive/discount since Harry expressed to that person that he was
happy their product was of such practical use for visually impaired
iPhone users. The Standscan was not developed with the blind users in
mind, but Standscan is a good example of a company who is responsive
and interested in making their product available.

The list member thought it wouldn't hurt to inquire and Harry replied
promptly and said that they had in fact already been considering such
a discount, but were just a bit hesitant because a few people already
purchased the Standscan and they were concerned how people who paid
full price would react if they now offered a discount. Said list
member suggested that in his opinion there could be a few people who
might be upset, but that on the other hand this happens all the time
in daily life. You might buy a box of laundry soap for $10 only to
find it's on sale 2 days later for $6.99. Furthermore, we are talking
about a $30 product here and they are not offering a 50% discount and
it is only because a few list members contacted them and gave them
such positive feedback.

The anonymous list member has asked me or Cara Quinn to post the
following offer to the list: anybody who orders a Standscan Pro using
the discount Viphone during the check-out will get a 10% discount
and a free 9 Volt battery holder. This means you get the $29.95
Standscan for approx. $27 + a free 9 Volt Battery Holder which
normally I think is $4.95. The 10% discount in fact applies to any
item you order from their website. Once again, use 'VIPHONE without
the quotes of course as a discount code in the appropriate discount
code field during the check-out process.

Below is Harry's email:

Hello,

I have setup a discount code VIPHONE which gets members on the forum
10% off on anything they purchase from the site.
If a StandScan Pro is part of the order, we will include a free 9V
battery holder (they do not need to purchase the 9V holder). So for
$27 they get
$34.4 value.
This is almost 25% off, I hope they will be happy with this deal as I
have worked hard to get the best possible.

Would really appreciate if you could help to have this posted this
over on the forum.

Thanks,
Harry

And I'd totally search the archives, but google groups isn't accessible

I actually still use both applications since there are times that the voice
book program shows more content then is displayable using the new Facebook
application. In addition, it is often easier through voice book to access
external links. Others may have a different experience but that is what I
have noticed today.

Look in the settings inside the app, I think they are in the More tab
on the bottom right of the app screen. You will find more settings
here than you will in the settings for your I-device. The game is very
fun and addicting, though you may need to have Google handy to get
some help with the associations. Also, if you double tap on an edit
box and aren't able to type in your response, you may need to swipe
left/right with 3 fingers to change pages and find the edit fields.
This is the 1 big quirk with the game, but that said, I know a lot of
blind folk on Twitter and other places that are playing it. Go figure.
The developer has made some VoiceOver enhancements though, so they are
listening.

Good luck,

i think it largely has to do with ability to process spatial relationships,
and coordination. Many blind persons who have never seen have problems in this
area. The developers of the KNFB reader built in some utilities that help.
Perhaps someone could design a little folding stand where you would set the
iPhone on top with the camera lens pointed down, and you could slide the

Re: Another music game question

2012-11-24 Thread Roger Frischenmeyer
See my explanation of the game below. It is pretty much totally accessible
after you get past that first screen.

When the app comes up there is an unlabeled button on the upper right part
of the screen that you have to activate to start the process. To the best of
my knowledge, it is the only button on that screen. on the next page there
are several buttons which all but 1 seem to be labeled and are pretty self
explanatory. The button you are looking for is the play button which is on
the left side of the screen about in the middle. it however isn't clear to
the left. after activating the play button you have a screen where you
choose your categories. There are several free catagories and then you can
buy others at $.99 each. After activating your category, you go to a screen
to choose the number of players from 1 to 4. I have never used more than 1
so I don't know what happens if you choose more than 1. then you must type
your name and hit the go button at the bottom of the screen just to the left
of the delete button. At this point, if you want to type your answers chose
expert mode, and if you want multiple choice, choose MCQ. At this point, the
songs will be downloaded and you must hit start game on the left side of the
screen to start the game. If you have chosen to play using multiple choice
the choices will go across your screen and you tap on the 1 you want. You
get 10 questions. Hope this helps.

No tonido shouldn't crash but I have had mine crash from the actual pc not

data and not wifi.
I understand that to play a folder or list of songs, I have to create a

playing just a song?
another way how you can play a folder is if you open the folder from
within the phone app then click where it says actions then there should be
something which will say play all songs from folder tap on that then to
launch the player find where it says music and tap it then you will have
the usual next back forward stop.
I know all of this might seen difficult but the more you do it the easier
will get.
The app has any kind of limitation or things that I should care when I am
using it?

What about videos, can I pay videos stored in my computer?
yes you can play video music and even read files and share also.

if yes open the tonido program from within your desktop and make sure
you add drives or folders that you want to use. for example your music
folder. If you have nothing added there is nothing for your phone to
see.
also when you open the program via pc at the top there should be a

Tonido is running in your system tray, that is why it is saying it
is
already running. You have to right click on it or shift F10 on it
and

click on where it says open. Then it will ask you to enter in your
Tonido password. You might want to make sure the app is not running

Re: Opting out of game centre

2012-11-22 Thread Roger Frischenmeyer
What I believe to be correct regarding trivia tunes and multiple players is
that if you go through the app to play with multiple players they have to be
with you. If you go through the game center then you have to have friends
who are playing the game to be able to play. I am not absolutely possitive
though because I don't have friends that are playing it.

Subject: RE: recipe storage program

Hi Penny and Roger,

Yes, unfortunately I have the same problem, I used to just type all my
recipes up in Notepad and save them in various subfolders like Cakes,
Cookies, Desserts, Meals, Appitizers etc. which in turn are in a Recipe
folder.

If you want such recipes in Paprika you do have to type them into the app,
once you tab on Add Recipe at the top right there are 3 tabs across the
bottom:

Recipe: Here you give your recipe a name, you can specify prep time, cook
time, categorize it etc.
Ingrediants: Specify the ingrediants
Directions: Type out the directions as to how to prepare the recipe.

I have not yet typed in a lot of my recipes that I have, but the fact is
that if you are looking for anything just tab on the browser tab on the
main

screen, then do a google search and pick a site that is supported (you can
find a list of the supported sites on their website and it's a long list).
Many popular sites like Food Network, Cooking.com, SimpleRecipes.com and
so

on are supported.

Now once you double tab on the recipe you want there is a Save Recipe
button at the bottom, easiest to find if you swipe left from the tabs
across

the bottom, double tap it and wait a moment and the app pulls all the
information into the proper fields. Only thing it doesn't do is assign a
category, those you set up yourself and assign, then tap save again and
it's

done.

This process is super easy and the app is wonderfully accessible. I think
it's well worth it to start to use it for new recipes going forward and
then

to just over time type in those you already have. If you do it with a
bluetooth keyboard it's not so bad and I guess if you are a Mac user you
could use the Mac app they have and then copy and paste. You could also
put

the text files you have in Dropbox, open them from there on the iPhone and
copy and paste especially if you already separated the ingrediants and
directions into different files so you could just open the file in an app
like Filer or any text editor like Elements, do a select all and then
copy

and paste it into the appropriate tab in Paprika. The main tab with name,
prep time, cook time etc. you could then fill in by typing the
information.
If you did a few recipes at a time once a week you'd be able to get it
done
in a few months. Fact is that even those recipes you have you probably
could

find online and import them that way.

One thing I should add is that in Settings there is an Import option, but
the file formats specified there don't mention text. It may be worth your
while to contact their support and ask if they have any recommendations on
how to best do this, maybe they know of a trick that would make it
possible.

Regards,
Sieghard

recipe storage program

be accessed but they also have to be accessible on the iphone, preferably

  Hi Roger,

I highly recommend an app called Paprika. The developers have done a bunch of
work to make the app more accessible with Voiceover and if a main stream
developer does that it's always a good thing. If you create an account your
recipes will also be backed up and synced between multiple iDevices if you have
more than one.

If you ever get a new phone all you have to do is enter your user name and
password and you have all your recipes back. I found this very useful when I
did a factory restore on my iPhone after upgrading to iO/S 6 and forgot that I
had recipes in there. At first I thought I lost them because I couldn't
remember if I had setup an account or not, then I did the password recovery
thing, was able to log in and here were my recipes. You can also import recipes
from a number of cooking and recipe websites.

They also have an app for Mac computers, nothing for the PC, however. Here is
what they write in their support/FAQ section:

Question: Do you have a Windows version?

  Answer:

We do not currently have a Windows version of Paprika, nor is one planned at
this time.

However, if there is enough interest, we may produce a web-based version in
the future.

I have written to them and mentioned that I'd love to see a web version
although to be honest, having the iOS app really is all you need in my opinion.
I can have my iPhone or an iPod Touch in the kitchen and if you put it in a
ziplock bag you can even touch and use it with fingers that are greasy, wet or
full of sticky dough etc.

I suggest you check out Paprika on the app store and also take a look at
their website:

  http://www.PaprikaApp.com

  Sieghard

Hi Roger,
First, thanks so much for getting back to me with these, they're a great
help.
A few questions... With the playlists that you play with the free ones,
where do the songs download to? Somewhere in the app itself, not in your
music app right? And when you buy another playlist to play, do you keep
those songs from it to add to your music collection, or again is it just
something the app stores within itself?
Finally, how would I play with others? I know you said you've never played
but by yourself, but I thought maybe you could somehow play against people
in the game center, or on Facebook? Are there other games that are
accessible like this one?

Thanks for all your help so far, Shane.

I finally got some success with this app.
I printed a story and then scanned it with this app. The first thing I
noticed is that the tips say to hold the iPhone about a forearm's length away
from the page. The person who wrote that must have very short forearms. :)
I got results when I held the phone about 12 inches away. The results were
good, but not great. about 80% correct.
But the main flaw I see is it only scans half of the page.

The app also did not give me enough time to orient the page correctly, so I
had to do a few scans to get one that would read. I assume that this works
better for those with no vision, as you could move the phone around until you
got a good scan.

I am glad to hear that this app is working well for many people, but,
personally with the limited vision I have Text Grabber is still the best OCR
app,
I have it configured so only one tap of the camera button and it will give me
a full readable page in less than a minute.

Re: is there a database app

2012-06-14 Thread Roger Frischenmeyer
I bought Idatabase and although I don't know exactly what you want it for I
am using it to catalog records and it seems to work quite nicely. There are
things I don't like but over all it is pretty good.

Hmm, Bento for $4.99 or iDatabase for $.99. I think I'll try iDatabase
first and if that's not accessible, then my total cost to satisfy my needs
will be $5.98 at most in case. But if I'm lucky, then $.99 will suffice.
Yes, I'm cheap, and no, I don't doubt that Bento is completely accessible
if it's owned by Apple.

This was going to be my first foray into the land of FaceBook, and getting
nothing so far. Been on the site proper and logged in and for sure
there's
not a lot there either.  Not even got a result for a friend search yet;
so

it would explain why nothing shows up in the app. I'm almost fed up with
the concept already, so can one delete an FB account?

While scanning, the app makes a ticking sound so you know it is
activeWhen it finds a code, it beeps and (on the iPhone, not the
iPad), vibrates.

Re: More product data, lower cost for Digit-Eyes

2012-04-20 Thread Roger Frischenmeyer
Hi Nancy, I guess I didn't give you enough information. If I scan, find the
bar code and go through that process than it works fine. But if I start the
scan and then double tap to stop and then try to scan again that is when it
doesn't work. I don't get the ticks or anything.

Hi Roger,

What you are describing isn't really how we intended the product to
work. After you scan, and you see a product, there is a scan button
that you can use to scan again. So if you are not finding another
scan button, it argues that you are perhaps on a page of the app that
is different from the results page.

If you are in the more information section, that is actually in a
browser and you'll need to click the Results back arrow to return to
where you see the scan button.

So, the first question is are you seeing scan results at all?If
not, the phone / pad is still in scan mode and we can help you with
scanning?

And the second one is do you find the scan button on the results
page ? If this is a problem, we may need you to send a screenshot
to supp...@digit-eyes.comYou can take the screen shot by holding
down the home key at the bottom of the display and simultaneously
clicking the on button at the top of the unit. You'll then need to
go to the display of photos and select the last one and email it to
us.

And the third is are you on the more information page? If so, click
the results back arrow to return to results and scan again?
