Hi, Googling the matter did indicate that was the last resort step for reviving the connection. In my case it seemed to revive itself in a few hours without any intervention still I'm grateful for all responses as one never knows when it'll happen again. Take good care. I would call Honeywell support, we have the T5 and I think all we had to do is pull it out of its cradle on the wall and put it back in and that reset the connection. But it's been a while so maybe this is no longer the case.
