Re: Keeper app for storing passwords -- how to enter the master passsword?
Hi Craig, I deleted and reinstalled the app and now it seems to be working much better. In fact, it's a great little app. I have read (on this list maybe?) that it doesn't perform so well across platforms though I haven't tried this nmyself. Could you possibly look at the accessibility when using Keeper on a windows machine? Re: An Excellent personal data and password app - Was Re: Keeper app for storing passwords -- how to enter the master passsword?
Hi Raul, Keeper definitely allows any type of master password (alpha or numeric). Keeper's Backup/Sync upgrade is really important and you would be surprised how often people lose their phones, lose their apps etc, and Keeper protects the information no matter what happens to the device. Not to mention that the features on Keeper outperform everything out there :) Hope that helps.. It was quite frustrating until I realized that if I tapped save and went back in to edit the record, I could then get the cursor to move to the field I wanted. I think I will be emailing the developer about this issue because other than that I like the app very much and will upgrade to the paid version if that problem is addressed in a future version. Keeper app for storing passwords -- how to enter the master passsword?
Hi Everyone, I just downloaded the Keeper app for storing passwords, but I can't figure out how to enter my master password. Re: Keeper app for storing passwords -- how to enter the master passsword?
I have been using this for about a year. However, I never could figure out the windows version, using jaw's and when XP. Maybe they have improved that version and now it works? If anyone has tips, they will be appreciated Eric -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the VIPhone Google Group. On AppleVis the person who posted about it said she couldn't get the app to work with windows, but since I didn't want it for that it wasn't an issue for me. Re: Keeper app for storing passwords -- how to enter the master passsword?
Right, but that means keeping two password keepers on your phone and at your PC or always having your phone when you are at your PC. I wish they would make it accessible on all devices. Thanks! Re: Keeper app for storing passwords -- how to enter the master passsword?
That would be ideal, but I mostly always have my phone with me, so I can deal. I'll mention it when I write to the developer.
