Hi Tom,

Thank you, but I didn’t need to remove the Sem card after all.
Removing the Sem card wouldn’t have helped my issue.

hi Janet,
The SIM tray is very hard to locate by touch, and when you do, use something
like a push pin that you would use for posting something on a bulletin board;
that’s worked great for me. However, when I switched to Spectrum Mobile I
switched to using an E-SIM and would only go back to using an old-fashioned
SIM card if there wasn’t an E-Sim option. Hope this helps.

First off, newer phones don’t have a sim tray. My SE has a very small hole on
the left side to eject the sim card.
There are time when a sim card can get corrupted and need replacing. And often
the diagnostic codes sent to the phone will disconnect the network briefly, so
it would probably be best to go to a T-Mobile store if you don’t have a second

Hello Mr. Ed,
I don’t have a paper clip to insert it into the Sem Card.
I can’t even find where to insert a paper clip even if I had one.
Thank you though.

I told her to check the Apple Community web site, and she did, and she did see

She also said because of this issue, Apple should be looking in to this, I told

Maybe this is just something new, I’m not sure.
She did also tell me I should remove the Sim Card, and replace it back in, the

She told me where the Sim Tray is, but I don’t know if I have anything around
the house that small to push in the Sim Tray though.
I don’t remember if I kept the box my phone came in, because she said there is
a little pin that comes with the phones to use for the Sim Tray, so I will
have to look for that.
Just thought I would let you know.

should be well.
I can’t seem to find the Sim card tray to remove the card.
T-Mobile said I could use maybe a earring to remove the card.
Do you know anything about this?
So, T-Mobile said everything is working fine on their end, and only Apple can
correct this.
