Re: Unable to Login to Bank of America via Safari
Chris, thanks for the warning about the possibility of improper button tracking. In the Bank of America case, I definitely flicked left and right to find the Sign In button. It may be that the user isn't activating some buttons regardbless of whether precise touch or f flicking is being used. One thing is sure: it' a VoiceOver issue. Re: Unable to Login to Bank of America via Safari
Hello Craig, I just tried to sign in to my account using Safari on an iPhone5s with IOS8.4.1 and it seems that there is trouble activating the sign in button. When I double tap this button, the exact item you mentioned in your email occurs where the page does not change. You might want to consider using the app. I have not had trouble getting signed in with this. On 8/20/15, Craig Werner coffeeb...@gmail.com wrote: Hello, everyone. I cannot login to my Bank of America account. When I enter my username and password, all looks as it should. The password is listed as containing sixteen characters, the correct count. However, when I press the sign in button, nothing on the page seems to have changed. I have tried all kinds of ways to activate the button: flicking left and double-tapping; flicking right and double-tappping; touching the button and then double-tappping, switching the rotor to form controls and double-tapping after locating the button; and even reloading the page. Has anyone else experienced difficulty with this site? I am using an iPhone 5 running iOS 8.3. Thank you for all help.
