Chris, thanks for the warning about the possibility of improper button
tracking. In the Bank of America case, I definitely flicked left and right
to find the Sign In button. It may be that the user isn't activating some
buttons regardbless of whether precise touch or f
flicking is being used. One thing is sure: it' a VoiceOver issue.

I don't know if this is related or not, but there's been a bug in VO 
ever since IOS 8 came out that VO doesn't track buttons very precisely 
when exploring the screen. I see it most in the Mail app, when I touch 
right above the home button to land on the delete button. Most of the 
time if I then do a double tap, I get the reply options. To get around 
this, I flick left or right to make sure I'm on the delete button before 
double tapping. I also see this is a few other apps, but I notice it the 
most in the mail app, probably because I use it so much and explore the 
screen more than flicking left or right with this app. Like I said, I'm 
not sure if it's related or not, but you might try flicking left or 
right to make sure you're on the button you think you are before double 
tapping.

Bank of America app. In the meantime, there are other instances of
VoiceOver's failure to activate buttons. The other day, while filling out
an Apple-generated survey to praise a helpful customer service rep, I had
to re-load a page in order to make VoiceOver select the radio button
indicating my supreme satisfaction with his advice. Ironic indeed. (smile)

Yes, I recommend the app. It’s vastly superior than using Safari on iOS. Not to 
mention Touch ID support is coming soon, which makes me extremely happy :)

One other thing I forgot to mention when ever I have problems loging in 
i check the caps lock. it is almost always the culprit .
