Re: i need some twitter help

2013-09-06 Thread Jonathan Mosen
Hi Rose, the gesture you need is a four-finger single tap. If you're toggling
speech off, then that gesture is a three-finger double tap, so it could be that
you need to spread your fingers a little further apart in order for the device
to detect all four fingers.

RE: i need some twitter help

2013-09-06 Thread Rose Combs
I have a native Twitter app question. I read several, then go way and when
I come back I am where I left off, if it is a day or so I wish to see what I
missed but cannot figure out the way to go back to the row 1 position
without swiping forever getting out a very few rows at a time. This drives
me crazy, makes me not want to use the iPhone to do anything with it. A
supposed four-finger swipe at the top of the screen does not go to the top
of the list, not for me, it may turn off speech although I am not tapping
anything, it may move a few rows but it takes me several swipes to get where
I wanted to be, then assuming I had not read down to where I was the day
before, getting there is another slow process.

I just don't want to take forever to see the newest stuff. They keep
releasing updates but nothing seems to address my complaint.
