RE: Can't Delete A Voice Mail
I've tried getting out of the app & going back in, shutting off the phone & restarting & replaying the voice mail. None of this has worked. I had to call Apple help today for a more serious problem so I asked them about this voice mail. He said this was generally a problem with the provider. So I will take Anna's suggestion & call Verizon to find out what number to call to access voice mail. Hopefully I can delete it via phone. Re: Can't Delete A Voice Mail
Hi Sherry, Try restarting your phone, and then try deleting the voicemail again. If it still won't delete, it's possible to call your voicemail manually; you might be able to delete it from there. Contact your carrier to find out what number to dial to check your voicemail manually.
