Keep one finger on the button, then use another finger to tap anywhere on the

The problems you mention I’m having as well.  I tried contacting them on 
the app but had no luck as it says you need an incident number which I don’t 
have.  
Maybe future updates will fix the issues we have.

I'm not having the same problem as you, as all my contacts are displayed 
and read by VoiceOver. But I'm also having problems with BBM. The menus at the 
bottom don't always activate, especially the Updates and Invites button. I've 
noticed that with the chats, contacts and groups button, if you swipe right 
through the buttons, once you get to invites, and swipe again, VoiceOver says 
the button names and if you double tap on it there, the button activates. This 
doesn't always work for invites though. And sometimes, if I'm lucky, I manage 
to open some kind of menu, which says: Chats (1), contacts )4), etc., and if I 
tap invites and/or updates from that menu it works. But I don't know what I did 
to bring the menu up. Double tap and hold didn't do the trick.
Anyway, my pin is 7BD3E932 if anyone wants to add me.

Out of curiocity I jus installed the BBM app, created a Blackberry Id and 
while I don’t currently have any contacts, it seems super accessible.

I did send somebody who I know has a Blackberry a request to add me, but if 
you want you can send me your Pin and I’ll add you and then I can try it.

Hi,  
The problems you mention I’m having as well.  I tried contacting them on the 
app but had no luck as it says you need an incident number which I don’t have.  
Maybe future updates will fix the issues we have.
