Re: Otterbox warranty experience
I also had the earphone cover tear on the Defender case I had for my former 3GS and they replaced it without any problem. They are a very good company and do stand behind their products. Re: Otterbox warranty experience
Hi, Raoul, I purchased my Otter Box defender pink case from the AT&T store a day after I got my phone in October, 4S launch day. The flap that closes over the headphone jack began to tear, and I called the company the second week of March. By then, the piece was on by a thread. They asked me a few questions, then took my information to send me the new silicone part. In about a week I received the new part. By then the piece had come off, and I was keeping track of it like a hawk! So far so good with the new, same color pink, case, and I love it! The company was terrific, which will certainly bring me back for more business. Marcy On May 30, 2012, at 10:29 AM, Raul A. Gallegos wrote: Hey all. Re: Otterbox warranty experience
Hi Raul; I had the same experience. They are a very reputable company. Anthony Sent from my Verizon iPhone! On May 30, 2012, at 10:29 AM, "Raul A. Gallegos" wrote: > Hey all.
