I never bother with the notifications tab. When the initial list of searchable 
items comes up I double tap on the backnav IOS button and with my finger in 
about the middle of the screen I’ll find the info that the email I got was 
referring to. I forget if this is automatic, or if I set it up in Settings, but 
usually I go into Nextdoor when I get an email about that whoever I am 
following posted something.

Hello Kay,

The NextDoor app is a very unsatisfying app, as far as VoiceOver is concerned, 
in my opinion.

Even though it has gotten much more VoiceOver accessible, I think the number of 
collateral gestures, required to read any meaningful information, is far too 
high.

However, when you click on a NextDoor notification in your device's 
notification area, when you land on NextDoor, single finger double tap on the 
display to actually open the thread about which you were notified.

Hi everyone!
I am trying to use the next door app and every time I think I have it all figured out, not so much.  I want to relook at some posts I saw this morning by clicking on a link in a notification.  The problem is, now when I go in
 to the app, I am faced with all these buttons about house cleaning, Nanny,painting, pet sitters, landscaping, and more.  No Matter what tab I click on, this junk appears.  How in the world can I get rid of this and the search, and how can I get to the general

happens.  Does anyone else have this problem and if so, can you help by
