Probably there's some thing amiss with your password stored with VDR. That's why no problem downloading anywhere else except VDR. When you readd book share to your content sources, you'll be able to re-enter the password. Just a suggestion. Have you cleared out your app switcher and rebooted your phone? Also, if you double tap on the book you want in the search results, there should now also be a download button at the top of that screen. Richard, I actually have an iPhone 7, so I don't have iOS 16; so I know at least on my end that's not the source of the problem. I've also tested it on two separate Braille displays. I've had no issues downloading from Bookshare; try logging out and re-adding it as a content source. My problem is that once i search for a title and my results are displayed, there are no download buttons following any of the results. I have not had any problems downloading bookshare books with VDR. I use voice dream reader for a lot more then just bookshare books, although it works great for that. The short answer is yes. Not long after VDR was sold and the subscription model was introduced I found I could no longer download books from bookshare. Since bookshare is only source I use with VDR and I had never had trouble before with bookshare I wrote to support. Like you I received no response, not even a standard your request has been received. Last week I wrote again and pointed out that it was the second time I was contacting them about this problem. I did get a response along with a request for a screen shot which I provided. That was a couple of days ago so I am waiting to see what happens next.
