I have used it when moving through Contacts in Phone, and in the Land of Livia game when going through all of my collected gems. I wish Apple would let us get rid of this pointless feature. This ability has been there from the beginning. Its the three finger drag up or down. Stop trying to reinvent the wheel. I have sent an email to Apple accessibility with my annoyance with this “feature”. It doesn’t need to be in the way of VoiceOver. Are we talking about the Vertical Navigation button on the Rotor? If so, I mostly use it on the Home Screen to move focus up and down the columns so I don’t have to do as many swipes to the right and left. I also arrange my apps and folders on the main screen so that I have quick and easy access to the ones I use the most, namely the most critical ones are listed along the left and right margins. Hi, The vertical scroll bar goes along the right edge of your device. It tells you where you are on the screen, and you can use it to move around the screen. If you touch it and flick up, you move 10% of the way up the screen. flick down to move down 10%. Or you can move more quickly by doing a double-tap and hold, then sliding your finger up or down.
