RE: reminders not being announced automatically
Recently, I haven't seemed to have heard the sound for Reminders. I went into Settings to Reminders and couldn't find anything that satisfied me. I did like it, when they were announced from a locked screen, but when mine were, I did not have a passcode or facial ID. I think that is the problem, since Siri won't read a text message unless I unlock my screen. -Original Message- From: viphone@googlegroups.com [mailto:viphone@googlegroups.com] On Behalf Of Dan Sent: Saturday, May 30, 2020 11:43 AM To: 'cwc' via VIPhone Subject: reminders not being announced automatically I am using an Iphone six with IOS 12.4.7. For the last several versions reminders are not being announced from the lock screen. The sounds are being played but the content of the reminder is not being spoken. Does anyone know of a way to get the reminders to be announced? Thanks. -- Dan Beaver (KA4DAN) -- The following information is important for all members of the V iPhone list.
