Do you mean that the life of the power adaptor will be reduced if I leave it constantly plugged in to the power point with the power switched on and in to the Powerbook [thereby constantly charge/tricklecharge the Powerbook]? . The laptops keep going on forever, so there's almost never any spare power supplies floating around. And there's always heaps of people looking for spare ones, so they get snapped up pretty quick if they do ever turn up.
