It also states that (in another area) that input manager often make mac's

That's fine except I can't find it to at least look at it or perhaps remove

I've searched under Find, but nothing seems to be named or related to input

Any idea's where I may find this item?

Hi Peter,

CheckUp for Mac does NOT work in Snow Leopard. Another

1. Delete the file named com.app4mac.CheckUpAgent
located in /Library/LaunchDeamons

2. Delete the Application located in the Applications folder

3. Restart your computer.

Hi Ronni
Thanks for that, I was just about to send the email below when I got your
second one. Explains things for me.

Hi Ronni
I'm not quite sure that I understand you!
According to CheckUp (in the it does work in Snow Leopard and Lion.
There is no file named com.app4mac.CheckUpAgent in the /Library/LaunchDeamons
file
I may have got this mixed up as it appears part of you email is missing?

Looking in the file Barry Sextone suggested found LCC Scroll Enhancer Loader
folder with LCC Scroll Enhancer Loader.bundle in it. Removing this to the trash
removed the alert from CheckUp.

I'm still not sure why the InputManagers folder didn't show up in the find
search?

Re: input manager

2011-08-08 Thread Ronda Brown
Hi Peter,

As I mentioned in my previous emails, by deleting the InputManagers your
computer should be more stable.
An unstable computer is often related to the use of InputManagers.

Since Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard, Apple no longer support Input Managers and
it’s no longer recommended to install applications using this technology.
An unstable computer is often related to the use of InputManagers.
These are located in this directory:

Your HD / Library / InputManagers or your Home / Library / InputManagers”

Cheers,
Ronni
