As far as I can tell, the fix will make the campaign difficulty
modifier still apply to single player skirmish games. I am not sure if
this is intended?

Oh, actually it doesn't even make sense to modify the power in
skirmish in that way, since Easy would mean giving both yourself and
the AIs more power, and Hard would mean giving yourself and the AIs
less power. So the modifier shouldn't affect power (at least, not in
the way it did), whether or not it affects damage.

Should the modifier affect damage in single-player skirmish?

 The radar detector has a much shorter range than any of the other
 detectors. This is absolutely counter-intuitive. In the real world, a
 radar emitter is detectable at roughly five times it's effective range. In
 its current configuration, the radar detector is next to useless. I would
 advise giving it about 1.1 times the range of the multi sensor turret (the
 green one) That way it would be an effective protection against sneaking
 sensor units into range of one's base. If you think it would make it too
 mighty, I would advise to make it's detection range higher, but leave it's
 fire control range at what it's effective range is now. That way, the
 player could see the enemy sensor but would have to take action against
 it himself.

 Everytime i try to build a new tank (flamer) in the design menu the game
 crashes when i click on the turret button.

 It appears only in campaign after the install of 3.0 beta-2. If i try it
 on skirmish the game didn`t crash.
 And after the skirmish test, the campaign also didn`t crash.

 I installed Warzone2100 v2.3.5 yesterday, System is Windows 7 Professional
 (32 bit), Intel Core2Duo T5800, 4GB RAM, GeForce 9600M GT (Windows signed
 driver dated 20.11.2009 v8.17.11.9562).

 After loading the attached savegame, when opening the design menu and
 clicking on the existing unit Flammenwerfer Viper Räder (Flamer Viper
 Wheels), the game crashes. 100% reproducable. Shortly before, I changed
 the game language from system language (German) to English. Therefore the
 unit names are mixed in German and English.
