  4 years later. A solution is needed for " 
https://sv.wiktionary.org/wiki/When_in_Rome,_do_as_the_Romans_do. " vs " 
https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/when_in_Rome,_do_as_the_Romans_do ". Either by 
allowing linking to redirects, or by some other trick. Most wiktionaries hace 
restrictive policies when it comes to redirects. For example "colour" 
redirecting to "color" is prohibited on many wiktionaries and thus probably not 
an issue. Those are NOT same pages. But "When_in_Rome,_do_as_the_Romans_do." 
and "when_in_Rome,_do_as_the_Romans_do" are same. There is no obvious solution 
about how to deal with proverbs on wiktionaries. EN wikt has a policy to remove 
final punctuation and avoid capitalization of beginning letter of a sentence, 
thus the lemma form is "** when_in_Rome,_do_as_the_Romans_do **". SV wikt has a 
policy resulting in "** When_in_Rome,_do_as_the_Romans_do. **" (uppercase "W" 
and dot at the end). Those are SAME LEMMAS and should thus be linked to each 
other. Unfortunately automatically adjusting the letter case is not possible as 
it would result in a huge number or false positives. Allowing automatic 
interwiki linking to redirects would allow to solve the problem manually by 
creating redirects on both sides. I do not see any better "magic" solution now. 
If there is an issue with false positives then the interwiki linking to 
redirects can be restricted to pagenames containing at least one space. This 
would rule out a mess of "color" and "colour" and "colow" as pointed above. I 
consider "Cognate" as highly preferable to manual explicit interwiki links (as 
used befor 2017) but the issue with proverbs needs to be solved.

condition is focused on first, then "with/without" then the input components.

TASK DESCRIPTION
  As an administrator of WDQS, I want reboots to be fast so that I can run 
cluster wide operations in a reasonable amount of time.
  
  While doing a full cluster restart of WDQS for kernel upgrade, multiple 
servers took at least 30 minutes to reboot. Looking at console, it looks like 
the shutdown is waiting to unmount disks. Stopping blazegaph (both wdqs and 
categories) before the reboot does not have a significant impact on shutdown 
time.

  I wrote a Python script to query a random sample of each external identifier 
property and count how many of the identifiers had spaces (P14273 
). It turns out the number of 
properties with spaces is somewhat larger than I expected (full output at 
P14274 ), so I only manually checked 
those properties with a 100% ratio of identifiers containing spaces:

  In conclusion: **`%20` works everywhere**, `+` works almost everywhere but 
not universally, `_` is uncommon. So I think it’s probably safe to go ahead 
with just `%20` and not make this configurable, unless anyone finds a concrete 
example of a website that requires `+`.

  @Lydia_Pintscher I think originally we needed this ticket for the "share link 
to query" button. After the change I've made we instead need a "button, icon 
only" which we already have, so i assume this ticket can go back in the backlog 
for now unless i'm overlooking something.

"34e2", but it is not guaranteed to be supported:

  Please also keep in mind a few of the decisions that led to OOUI's 
NumberInputWidget and current Design Style Guide component status, specifically 
the override of proprietary vendor UI extensions (mainly buttons) and instead 
adding buttons for increasing/decreasing input value by definable steps, while 
at the same time provide a minimum size for better click and touch usability.
  A shortcoming of current implementation, that got surfaced with design peers, 
but not yet resolved, is position of buttons on different sides, add an  
unnecessarily effort to go in both directions quickly.

  mysql.php, used for wikidata entity dumps, does not apparently correctly 
handle the --group flag. it's unclear to me what it does do, I need to check 
into this sometime later. The queries run by it are extremely short so the 
impact is minimal, but it still needs to be checked.

  If I understand the error correctly, it was a race condition that happened if 
`chd_seen` was increased between these two queries:

  At least, I assume it’s usually the case that `chd_seen < change_id`. If 
that’s true, this would be pretty difficult to test, since you’d need a second 
process to insert and dispatch new changes while the first process is right 
between those queries (which immediately follow one another in 
`SqlChangeDispatchCoordinator::getCandidateClients()`).
  
  (Though there is a TODO to “pass the max change ID as a parameter”, so 
presumably this condition would become more likely if that TODO was 
implemented.)
