[Wikimania-l] Join us in the Movement Strategy Space

Hi all,

I would like to invite everyone interested in discussing the future
direction of our movement to join us today, Thursday, from 10:00-12:00 or
14:00-16:00 in the Movement Strategy Space (Salon 6, Level 3). We will host
two rounds of feedback on the Strategic Direction.

>From Thursday through Sunday, there will be several working sessions,
discussion rounds, informal conversations and fun. The space will be open
all day and everyone's also welcome to occasionally drop-in and explore how
the process has engaged and inspired the movement and how we can build
Wikimedia's future together. Everyone who has actively participated in the
process and the sessions is also invited to enjoy the chance to relax and
re-energize for the upcoming steps of the process. And we have stickers!

Hi Melody,

are you in contact with Victor Grigas? He put together a group of people
who are willing to record sessions as well. So I guess the list of
available video material of sessions will be much longer :)

We have a robust experimental program set up to include remote participants
who want to follow Wikimania this year — and to ensure that all program
material is archived in a singular location for future use. Please feel
free to forward this email widely – or post the content anywhere you'd
like. There is also a plain-text version

*Livestreaming and Recording Select Talks*

We are experimenting with livestreaming the keynote sessions this year
simultaneously on YouTube and Facebook Live. Here is the complete schedule
of livestreamed events

feel free to share this on social media, on-wiki, and with any groups you
are a part of* — we want to ensure that people who would like to tune in
know when these are taking place.

In addition, we have the equipment and staffing to record all sessions
