Using the me_quran font shows the kesra correctly under the letter while the 
shadda above it.

Just to inform u that it is "ok"
As it is one style to write kasrah or Zair under shaddah not under the haroof 
and it is read as Zair

The developers should pay attention to this. IN SHA ALLAH the issue will be 
resolved. JAZA KALLAH KHAIR, Keep the good working going.
