Thank you everyone who responded. We tried to disable DEP and that did not solve the issue. The first time the issue arose, it looked like it was running as a service - (the status said it was running), but no one could log into the built server. Clients would receive a -10002 error.

you can also use Split string for processing paths. it works like Position with * but you don't have to iterate. https://doc.4d.com/4Dv18/4D/18.4/Split-string.301-5233802.en.html search character \ into one path. ** 4D Internet

I am trying to import PDFs into 4D win and then upload them as png files to a web site. This works seamlessly on a Mac but my client uses Win 10. I am able to load the pdf into a BLOB but when I do BLOB to Picture as a PDF, the 4D picture variable displays as the Camera with a cross through it

Hi All, Using 4D V16 on Windows i need to use the commend POSITION for search character \ into one path. Sometimes this command: Position("\\";vPath;Position) not work. The solution is this: Position("\\";vPath;Position;*) or this: Position(char(92);vPath;Position) Thanks Ferdinando
