The mails you send do NOT automatically appear there.
An SMTP Server has no concept whatsoever of a „sent-mail“ storage.
When sending from Outlook (assuming an Exchange Server), Outlook issues a „send
and store“ command to Exchange, so Exchange takes care of storing a copy of the
mail in

Even in Microsoft Outlook it is common for sent emails to only be seen on the
machine (phone, PC, Web, Tablet) that sends them, which is sometimes a real
nuisance. The only way I have found to avoid this situation is to BCC or CC the
emails to the origination. Is this a feature of Exchange
