I'm currently not aware of any program, but I can tell you how to manually
convert epub to html / txt.
All you need to do is just rename epub extension to zip then extract the
files and then look for the htm files. Let me know if you need step-by-
instructions

2. extract the zip file into a new temporary folder.
3. as per my experience, you should be able to find some htm / html files
somewhere within the extracted folders. This are the files where you will
find your whole book
