hi. even I have been facing the same problem while sending
audiobooks through post. we were not getting any proper response from
them for not accepting the books.finally I personally visited the
post-office and found that system is not accepting the clause which
says free literature for
Pranav-a quick question, has the sound problem been addressed in the final
product? And how good is the performance considering its their own environment
as oppose to say Windows? Any thoughts from user perspective?

During last two or three days, post offices are not accepting Braille books
under Blind Literature category. According to the officer in charge, the
minimum and maximum weight is showing as zero (0). As a result, they cannot
accept any parcel of Braille books in Kolkata or nearby.
