RBI has gone to Supreme court against Bombay HC order about reservation in
promotion.
So, it will come up.
Let us see if it is also summarily dismissed like previous two.
I suppose it depends on the bench.

They have already tried before two separate benches with no positive
results for them.
They should come out with a memorandum revising their earlier Memo soon.
And if they don't, we all need to get in to some serious action
Rajesh, this particular appeal was by the DoPT challenging reservation in
Civil Services (IAS) where a strong IAS lobby was involved who did not want
to disturb their seniority due to disability quota. If this lobby could not
influence the Supreme Court bench, I am sure RBI doesn't have more
