I tried using the key commands provided in this mail, but I am not
able to select only yes contents from the data after it says auto
filter dropdown.

Step 1: Make a table.
Step 2: Sort it by selecting the table.
Step 3: Go to the column head which you want to filter.

Can any of the list members help me regarding filtering data in
particular column.
There is a huge data in Excel sheet 2007.
One column contains heading as contacts.
This column cells has data as yes, no, reject & blankscells.
I want to only filter the cells which contains yes.
