the original copy of disability certificate received from the hospital. Is that

and by the way, UDID card is the valid proof of medical certificate right?
why do we have to go to the doctors again and again to apply for

valid for just 5 years, I myself have renewed in 2020 it is also true

demanded me to show UDID car
