Friend, rules are just rules but never come to action, one of my blind friend was insulted by a class-4 peon in his office when he complained to higher officials the higher official supported the class 4 person instead giving justice to VI person officer also insulted the blind employee blind

there are somany people facing such problems especially persons working in non teaching field in state and central govt offices. in rpd bill there is a section which provides relief from harracement so please reffer this issue to higher authorities and if they can solve this problem it is good
