Keten,
I would go with Prakash's suggestion of using the save as PDF add-in from
Microsoft. No other free program in my experience creates accessible PDF.

Dear all,
I happen to read many mails exchanged on the subject and
decided to look for a free solution which can be accessed from anywhere.
I came to know about a site 'zamzar.com' which converts PDF files to
different formats in less than couple of minutes. For
PDF to Text or txt solution is well within the adobi reader itself. no
need to go anywhere.
PDF file that doesn't contains the text and only images, can be
recognized through fine reader.
