I think IE is crashing when you are trying to download any files. Try removing
the temporary internet files on your computer, follow the instructions below:
Close all Internet browsers.
1. Open the run dialog box from the start menu.
2. Type %temp% in the edit box of the run dialog b
Reset your browser settings to default. This might solve your problem.
To reset your browser settings go to tools menu by pressing Alt plus T
and select internet options.
After opening internet options select advance tab, by pressing CTRL

Thanks for your mail. I'm using IE 7 with Jaws 9. Anyway, as I said,
the problem is very inconsistent. It has not recurred since I mailed
about it to our list. May be it is afraid of our list. I will report

You need to have your OS CD ready before you resort to it.
