find all NVDA commands to use Excel.It will help me to get acquainted with
Excel and also as quick reference whenever I get stuck, therefore I kindly

how difficult it was to get the NSDL circular. 16 years later all my work

Continuing on the same discussion, when I went to bank for signature 
attestation required by the AMC, I got to know one more thing. 

They say that ECS/ Bank mandate/cheque facility cannot be given to VI persons 
using thumb impression. 

If so, how will I operate my demat account? I mean how can I make transactions? 

 

I would also like to mention the reason given by the HDFC branch manager. 
According to him they have no way to verify the thumb impression everytime a 
debit instruction comes. Signature can be verified but not the thumb impression 
resulting into more chances of fraud.

 

Experts please guide.

First check you are in old or new regime.
if you are in new regime, nothing to do.
If you are in old regime, there you can save standard deduction of
50K, conveyance exemption of 38400, also you can opt for HRA exemption
along with sec 80U.
If you are having any savings in sec. 80 c will also reduce your taxes.
calculate these things to arive the total net income before calculating raw tax.

Hi Satguru,

I think your manager has counted you in the new tax regime. Section
80-u exemption is not available in the new tax regime. There was an
option to reverse in to the old tax regime but that deadline has been
closed. Did you check your form 16?
