sir, Various books are listed but not available for download. We have to click on "request to upload the book". I have submitted requests for upload the bookd for around 14 books but concerned library doesn't take any initiate to upload them. In "my download only request" section of sugamya pustakalaya is showing these books as pending. Second, if a person wants to get CD of any book, how can he order to NAB Delhi directly? Library person demands extension number and he/she doesn't entertain name search. Catalog is not updated by NAB as well as extension numbers have been disappeared from their catalog now a days.
