government; registration, stamp duty etc. etc. Do we have any
concessions there?

Even a per cent saving on the house worth 50 Lakhs is significant

reservation, ground floor on prayorty basis, i don't know exect percent but

persons including visually impaired for its scheme for plots at mohali
for which the authorities have declared results in the month of

yes, there's a circular for concession in the rates of flats/plots
you will get either 5% of the cost or Rs/.10-/ whichever is less,  under 
the Government undertaking agencies.

I will send you the circular on tomorrow evening.
This facility is available for the flats/plots sold by the government 
agency like DDA. Chandigarh Housing Board Chandigarh or any state government

We do not have any concessions in Maharashtra. Only a 3% reservation of
flats sold by MHADA.

Even I had queries on the similar lines

1.  Do we have any leeway on financing cost for the house? Like
interest rate, processing fee or stamping charges (2% of loan amount)
by the bank?
2.  Are we given any support through any urban development Yojnas or
regulations like priority lending, financial inclusion?
3.  Honestly big chunk is to be given to the local and state
government; registration, stamp duty etc. etc. Do we have any
concessions there?

Even a per cent saving on the house worth 50 Lakhs is significant
enough, so kindly share your wisdom.
