I don't agree to this, how would the site know how much amount we are
eligible for? These things are certainly there in form 16 but not all
details of the form 16 are filled up.

Yes, it's too easy to fill the form online, filling the form in excell
offline is really too difficult, but online there're simple web pages with
form fields, to which we can access with jaws without any difficulty
