It appears Citibank does not allow the login details to be entered via the
standard keyboard anymore. Are other Citibank users having the same problem
here, or am I doing something wrong? I had to take sighted help to enter the
login details via the virtual keyboard today.

you enter your user I.D you will find it below. it is a image and JAWS
reads the alt text and don't know about other screen readers.
