Your comments are wright, English PDF convert is very easy because in English
normally font is same but Hindi, we have lots of font like mangal, Aakriti,
Unicode ETC. If we save Unicode font word file as a PDF than it is very easy to
change in word file but if font is change or document
But Kibo desktop doesn't allow to download the converted or translated file in
pdf format, it allows only in doc, docx txt and zip formats.

You don't need any other software. As you are saving as PDF from MS word.
When writing Hindi, just make use any unicode font like Mangal in MS Word.
When saved as PDF it will read.

If the document is small than 2 mega byte then please upload it to your
google drive then open google drive in browser and open the pdf in google
docs. you will see the text in unicode.
If the file is more than 2 MB then you will have to save
