in bank of baroda, the circular is blind can not be issued cheque
books if they don't sign and use thumb impression.
but, they gave me by mistake since our staff accounts are opened
My request got rejected when I approached my branch for using the
cheque with thumb impression. I believe it's not possible. You are
free to correct me if I'm wrong.
