Since LTO3 can read LTO1 media, why not just: - In TSM, delete all your drives and paths - Remove them from your OS - Remove LTO-1 drives and replace with LTO-2 drives - Allow your OS to recognize the new drives - define the drives and paths to TSM - Mark all your LTO-1 tapes as READONLY and just

We had a similar problem with our TSM v5.3 install. We had origionally asked for TSM v5.3 on cd's. The AIX server cd was corrupt. We had to download the software from Passport Advantage to get a good binary to install from. Installing from the downloaded version went just fine. Rick

Looks like when you want to actually search for an _ or % you have to tell SQL what character you want to use as an escape. I couldn't find anything that said what the default escape character is so maybe this is the only way to do it. Anyway here is what works select node_name from nodes
