Your response to my first question is clear. I understand that the report 
is implicitly segmented by campaigns so the result makes sense.

But for the second question regarding "--" values you've said
"*When the particular field of the report does not record any values than 
"--" appear in the result.*"

Could I please get some more details on this please? What are the 
circumstances under which no values are recorded for a particular field? 
I'm guessing this means we cannot assume "--" values to be zero?

It looks like any HTML 5 ad we try to create after upgrading to the latest 
API also fails with this same message. Looking forward to seeing the

Yes, to create a new product group, you will need to create a Shopping 
Campaign, then create a SHOPPING_PRODUCT_ADS adgroup or 
SHOPPING_SHOWCASE_ADS adgroup. After that, you will be able to add ProductAd

a ShowcaseAd 

 to 
your Ad group and then, decide which products to include and how much to 
bid for them. Please refer this section 

 of 
guide for better clarity which has code samples as well. When you create a 
Shopping Campaign, you will need to set a budget 
.
 
You will need to get this budget id and pass it when creating the Shopping 
Campaign. The MERCHANT_ID will be the Merchant Center Account ID that your 
products belong to. Please give it a try and let me know if you have any

The TARGETED_MONTHLY_SEARCHES value in the 
TargetingIdeaSelector.requestedAttributeTypes 

 will 
generate results only for the past 12 months, the current month not 
included as stated in the link. As for the set date or custom date feature, 
I'm afraid that this is not supported in the TargetingIdeaService. I am not 
aware of any other APIs that can retrieve fresher data in the AdWords UI as 
we only provide support for the AdWords API.

TargetingIdeaService data freshness

Hey,
We are using the TargetingIdeaService API to get information on keywords 
like CPC and monthly search volume.
However, we've seen that when using TARGETED_MONTHLY_SEARCHES the data 
might not be updated for up to 10 days for specific keywords.
For example, we'd query for a specific keyword on the 9th of July, and the 
results will contain information for 12 months starting May, and only on 
the 10th the 12 months will contain June.

Is there a set date when the last month's data is guaranteed to appear? If 
not, is there any other API that will allow us to fetch this information 
with fresher data?
