The link is not working:

What's the API rate for creating an account using this service?
Thanks,

Looks like the documentation has the wrong ID. This is very scary because
we're using that city (World) csv export to map the old code to the new
criteria ID so we could migrate to latest API.

Shouldn't adwords return 2 entries even if adwords treats these 2 as the

Hi,
Keyword's destination URL contains valuable information to help us track
keyword performance in our system. It seems like destination URL will be
wiped out if the keywords is deleted. If true, is there any plan to include
this information in AdHoc report?

Please have this feature be available in the API if AdWords decided to opt

Hi,
Just to be clear. I've heard that Google will automatically opt in all
mobile-only campaigns to use call forwarding. Many of our advertisers
don't want that feature, and it incurs extra cost. We need a way to turn
that off using the API.
Thanks,

Hi,
Is there a comprehensive list of wsdl files somewhere that we can download
to generate our own AdWords API library?
There used to be a page such as https://adwords.google.com/api/adwords/cm that
we can go to to find all wsdl files for that group.
Thanks,
Kevin
