2022-06-12 Thread Ronak Shah
The main problem is you guys are not taking our issues seriously and making
us runaround from one place to another. We are facing issues related to
Google Ads API and you guys are telling us to contact the *Google Ads
Manager* support which is completely different than google ads that's why
we had to open a separate thread.

This is not what we expect from you guys.

Can't upload conversions using WBRAID parameter.

2022-06-11 Thread Ronak Shah
Hello,

We are trying to upload offline conversions with wbraid using google ads
api. However we are facing error Customer is not allowlisted for accessing
this feature., at conversions[0].wbraid .

We also reached to our google account representative unfortunately he is
not helpful and cannot allow list this feature as he says we need to
contact to Google Ads manager support. We don't understand how come google
ads api issue is related to Google Ads manager.Its been 2 weeks and we are
just being runaround from place to another with no solution. We are fed up
with this and unfortunately need to turn off the campaign unless its solved.

Can anyone please confirm do we really need to speed this up with ads
manager support and if not then who do we need to connect?

Regards,
Ronak

Hello,

We have already reached our google representative and its been a week but

Can you please get this API enabled as its a top priority for us now?

Re: Customer is not allowlisted for accessing this feature WBRAID

2022-06-07 Thread Ronak Shah
Hello,

Thank you for your response. It’s not just limited to one account because
we have an mcc account where we manage the campaigns of our clients.
Currently we need api access to client customer I’d 627-705-1548 where we
are making api calls to post the offline conversions, however we will make
api calls to other accounts too which are under the mcc account. So we need
to get this feature enabled for all accounts that we authorize in our
internal software. Our mcc customer id is 366-456-1482 which have standard
api access.

Can you enable this feature for our developer token so that we can use this
api freely without having to make request for each account?

Regards,
Ronak

Google Ads API query for ad_group_ad and keyword_view returns 0 records

2022-05-20 Thread Ronak Shah
Hello,

We have completed the Adowrds to GoogleAds Api migration.
We are using Google Ads API to get ad_group_ad and keyword_view report data
by issuing a GAQL search query.
There are 2 accounts under our managerId: Once for web and one for mobile
application.
When we issue a query we are able to get the data for the CustomerId for
web account whereas the customerId for mobile App account returns 0 records.
We see that the customerId for which we are not getting any data ingested
contains inactive campaigns.
When we do backfills, the API is not returning any records even if the
campaigns were active during the previous date range used in backfill, if
those campaigns are inactive currently.
Is there a way to ingest data even for customerIds currently containing
inactive campaigns that were active at some point in the past?

I hope this issue gets fix asap.

Cannot Fetch the CustomerClient list from Customer ID using New API

2019-11-19 Thread Ronak Shah
Hello,

We have just started using the new google ads api version 2.2, but we are
not able to get the list of Customer Clients from Customer ID. We are
testing the API call for the Test MCC accounts and we are able to fetch the
list of accessible customers, but the details of customer client accounts
from customer id is not coming and api call returns 0. Here is the below
Code

function linkAllClients($customerId, $access_token, $refresh_token) {

try {
// Generate a refreshable OAuth2 credential for authentication.
$oAuth2Credential = (new
OAuth2TokenBuilder())->fromFile(config('adwords.ini_path'))->withClientId(config("adwords.client_id"))->withClientSecret(config("adwords.client_secret"))->withRefreshToken($refresh_token)->build();

// Construct a Google Ads client configured from a properties file
and the
// OAuth2 credentials above.
$googleAdsClient = (new
GoogleAdsClientBuilder())->fromFile(config('adwords.ini_path'))
->withLoginCustomerId($customerId)
->withOAuth2Credential($oAuth2Credential)
->build();

$googleAdsServiceClient = $googleAdsClient->getGoogleAdsServiceClient();

$query = 'SELECT customer_client.id, customer_client.level,
customer_client.client_customer, customer_client.descriptive_name,
customer_client.currency_code, customer_client.time_zone,
customer_client.manager FROM customer_client';

$response = $googleAdsServiceClient->search($customerId, $query,
['pageSize' => 100]);

echo iterator_count($response->iterateAllElements());
die;

foreach ($response->iterateAllElements() as $googleAdsRow) {
$customerClient = $googleAdsRow->getCustomerClient();

}

} catch (GoogleAdsException $googleAdsException) {
printf(
"Request with ID '%s' has failed.%sGoogle Ads failure details:%s",
$googleAdsException->getRequestId(),
PHP_EOL,
PHP_EOL
);

foreach ($googleAdsException->getGoogleAdsFailure()->getErrors() as $error)
{
/** @var GoogleAdsError $error */
printf(
"\t%s: %s%s",
$error->getErrorCode()->getErrorCode(),
$error->getMessage(),
PHP_EOL
);
}
die;

} catch (ApiException $apiException) {
printf(
"ApiException was thrown with message '%s'.%s",
$apiException->getMessage(),
PHP_EOL
);
die;

} catch (\Exception $ex) {

echo $ex->getMessage() . " : " . $ex->getFile() . " : " .
$ex->getLine().PHP_EOL;
die;
}
}

The above code returns 0 for iterator_count, where as there are accounts in
test mcc account.

Please check

Thanks,
Ronak

Hey CV,

Thanks for your answer! But one Change it should be use
Google\Ads\GoogleAds\V1\Enums\CampaignStatusEnum\CampaignStatus; instead of
use Google\Ads\GoogleAds\V1\Enums\CampaignStatusEnum;

Hello Nikisha,

Thanks for your response! But you haven't mentioned which service we need

not on campaign level, So which API service we need to use to get the data

Re: What is possible with Google Ads API vs not possible with AdWords API?

2019-06-18 Thread Ronak Shah
Yes, I completely agree with this!

Adwords API has been very robust and stable since past many years and the
new version is definitely one of the bad and worst (As per my my
experience). The whole migration is not so easy, it would take so many
months of work to map the old functions of Adwords API with the new Google
Ads API.Plus I also feel the new version of API is slower and also poor API
documentation and lacks some advanced code examples. And Finally I am
surprised to know that Reporting CSV Download feature is removed, I am sure
Reporting is the base and most used feature for most of the Tech companies
and Downloading CSV and import data in database is very fast (Specially for
big accounts) using old Adwords API, but with the new one its damn slower.
For Example Lets say there is an Account with more than 5K Campaigns and we
need to download the Campaign Performance Report, then from old Adwords API
we easily import data from CSV, but now through new one since CSV Download
is removed we need to iterate over each data which makes performance slower.

Google Ads API campaign.status returns 2,4 but not actual status Values like ENABLED, PAUSED

2019-06-17 Thread Ronak Shah
Hello,

We are querying campaign service
 to get
list of campaigns

   $query = 'SELECT campaign.id, campaign.name, campaign.status
FROM campaign Where campaign.status IN ("ENABLED", "PAUSED", "REMOVED")
ORDER BY campaign.id';

// Issues a search request by specifying page size.
$response = $googleAdsServiceClient->search($client_id, $query,
['pageSize' => self::PAGE_SIZE]);

But campaign response returns status as numbers (2,3,4) instead of string
"ENABLED", "PAUSED", "REMOVED".

How do we map these numbers with actual status?

Thanks,

Re: Cannot fetch Customer Client information with New Google Ads API

2019-06-11 Thread Ronak Shah
Hello Sai Teja,

Thank you for the response! yes so when querying customerClient
 we
do get the customer resource name for the linked account and then we need
again query costumer
 service
to get the corresponding client details and it did worked but there is one
big problem so right now we have MCC accounts with more than 100 clients
linked under MCC, so that means we need to make 100 api calls to get
details for linked accounts, which is really time consuming, we are getting
error like "*Operation timed out*" which is again a bad user experience
the previous version of Adwords API was able to respond complete account
hierarchy details on just one api call, but now its just too time
consuming.I was looking for a solution to get the complete hierarchy
details in just one api call but looks like that's not possible with the
new version of API. I am still not sure what happened to this, the Adwords
API was one of the fastest API and API call response was also too quick but
now new one is damn slower :(

Ronak

Cannot fetch Customer Client information with New Google Ads API

2019-06-10 Thread Ronak Shah
Hello,

We have just started using the New Google Ads API, and we are trying to
fetch the clients information that are managed through MCC account, we are
able to get the MCC customer information but cannot fetch the clients
information that are linked under MCC like "
customers/{CUSTOMER_ID}/customerClients{/CLIENT_CUSTOMER_ID}"

We also tested using this service customer_client
 but
this doesn't provide the customer client information like name, id,
descriptive name etc.

Can anyone tell me how to get the client information linked under MCC using
new API?

Thanks,

Re: Adwords API Budget Error NON_MULTIPLE_OF_MINIMUM_CURRENCY_UNIT

2019-01-17 Thread Ronak Shah
Hello Sai Teja,

This issue has been fixed.So the scenario is the PHP version on our server
is 64 bit and for 64 bit system its better to convert the amount to string
as mentioned here

//$micro_amount = floatval($daily_budget * 100); // creates Error
$micro_amount =number_format($daily_budget * 100, 0,'.',''); // Fixes
issue

I hope this would be helpful to others who come across this issue.

Thanks,
Ronak

Adwords API Budget Error NON_MULTIPLE_OF_MINIMUM_CURRENCY_UNIT

2019-01-15 Thread Ronak Shah
Hello,

We are trying to set the daily budget via Adwords API but api call is
getting failed.

Here are below Details

$daily_budget = 33.51;
$micro_amount = (float) ($daily_budget  * 100);

so if we convert to micro amount it becomes (33.51 * 100) = 3351

But API throws error [BudgetError.NON_MULTIPLE_OF_MINIMUM_CURRENCY_UNIT @
operations[0].operand.amount].We also type casted to float but still gives
same problem.Please check below Money object.

object(Google\AdsApi\AdWords\v201809\cm\Money)#790 (3) {

  ["microAmount":protected]=>

  float(3351)

  ["ComparableValueType":protected]=>

  NULL

["parameterMap":"Google\AdsApi\AdWords\v201809\cm\ComparableValue":private]=>

  array(1) {

["ComparableValue.Type"]=>

string(19) "ComparableValueType"

  }

}

We are using PHP client library v201809 and PHP version 7

Please check

Thanks,
Ronak

Re: Adding In-Market audience to the campaign with the "Observation" option

2019-01-02 Thread Ronak Shah
Yes, we also need this option instead of using targeting option we want to
use Observation setting.Currently every week we launch many campaigns via
API and its frustrating for us for having to login to account and manually
change setting.

Adwords API Error parse_ini_file(/reporting/adsapi_php.ini): failed to open stream: Too many open files

2018-08-06 Thread Ronak Shah
Hello,

We are using the Adwords API v201802 PHP Client Library for our reporting
application and our automated process loads the data from adwords API every
hour, but we are facing a strange issue in middle of data updates "*Error
Occured parse_ini_file(/var/www/html/production/reporting/adsapi_php.ini):
failed to open stream: Too many open files, on
**/var/www/html/production**/reporting/vendor/googleads/googleads-php-lib/src/Google/AdsApi/Common/ConfigurationLoader.php

line number 87*"

When we restart the server and re-enabled the data updates again it will
work for few hours and then again API will start throwing errors again.

Please check

Re: Adwords Audience All Visitors not available

2017-11-15 Thread Ronak Shah
Hello Bharani,

Tere are not any campaigns in the account say its a fresh new account and I
want to create the remarketing campaigns via Adwords API.We have a tool
which creates the campaigns under client account, but the audience list is
empty.So you saying that its not possible via API and have to create the
remarketing campaigns via Adwords UI then only the default Remarketing list
"All
Visitors" will be created else not.

Let me know

Thanks

Hello Shwetha,

It looks like I need to get all the PolicyData and loop into through all

Feed Item Report
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/placeholder-feed-item-report>
 also
don't provide the data straightaway.Anyways I hope in future api release we
should be able to filter by PolicyData.

Thanks for your co-operation in this issue!

Re: How to get Disapproved Ad extensions?

2017-07-06 Thread Ronak Shah
Hello Shwetha,

I understand what you said but I am trying to ask you something else.Let me
explain you in different context, If you see in the Adwords Interface and
 navigate to *Ad extensions *tab and we can directly filter all extensions
by status = Disapproved.So I am looking for a way to directly query Adwords
API and filter all the ad extensions by status = Disapproved on account
level. As per the API It looks like we cannot filter by disapproved status.
Also it looks like there is some confusion FeedItemService

 says
we can filter by Status

 but
there is not any status called Disapproved.Also approvalStatus

 is
under "PolicyData" and thats not filterable then how can I get this data
directly by filtering approvalStatus = Disapproved

Let me know.

Thanks

Thanks for the response! From What I can see is We can use FeedItermService

there any way I can get this info on per account basis? Because each

Newly Created Campaigns Not getting reflected instantly via API

2017-06-21 Thread Ronak Shah
Hello,

We have a reporting platform where we have an ability to update Campaigns
List Manually via click of button.However we noticed some lag because the
campaigns was created in Adwords Interface but that new campaigns don't
come up instantly we manually updated many times but new campaign didn't
came and suddenly after 1 or 2 hour it automatically came through via
automated cron.Please note we are using CampaignService
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201705/CampaignService>
 , Is
there any lag between API and Adwords UI for getting campaigns list. We
know that performance data updates like clicks, Impressions etc do have
some lag but we are not sure if there is also a lag in getting campaigns
list.

Please look into this and let me know regarding same.

Thanks,
Ronak Shah

Adwords API Upgraded to v201609 since more than a month but still it says "You've submitted 3.59% of your AdWords API requests to v201607 within the past seven days"

2017-06-15 Thread Ronak Shah
Hello,

We have one of our tool using Adwords API.And We already migrated to
v201609 since more than a month and Today we received an email from Adwords
Team saying that "*Migration Status: You've submitted 3.59% of your AdWords
API requests to v201607 within the past seven days.You need to migrate to a
current AdWords API version as soon as possible to continue accessing the
AdWords API" *

We also double checked one more time and no request from v201607 is being
made. I am not sure If we have already move to v201609 then why we are
getting such emails???

Can anyone please look into this??

Thanks,
Ronak Shah

Hello Josh,

Yes you are correct but its only effective from v201607 it should still
work in v201605 the changes of removal of converted clicks will only be
effective from v201607.If you make a query using v201603 it would work
absolutely fine.When our application will move to v201607 we will remove
that but atleast for 201605 it should still work.

Hello Josh,

I am not actually truncating the error message because in the CSV Report
this is what I see
"ReportDefinitionError.INVALID_FIELD_NAME_FOR_REPORTConvertedClicks"

but yes you are right I am not using any of the field which you
mentioned.Thanks for catching the Error, Please let me know once its
solved, currently our app is running on v201603 and we are in process to
update the API to v201605

Thanks,

Cannot select a combination of ConversionTrackerId and ActiveViewCpm

2016-10-17 Thread Ronak Shah
Hello Adwords API Team,

I just migrated my application to v201605 and I am trying to fetch the
KEYWORDS_PERFORMANCE_REPORT with following fields :-

"AdGroupId",
"AdGroupName",
"CampaignId",
"CampaignName",
"ConversionTrackerId",
"ConversionTypeName",
"ConvertedClicks",
"Conversions",
"ConversionValue"

but this is getting failed and error message says that *"Cannot select a
combination of ConversionTrackerId and ActiveViewCpm" *this is weird As you
can see above that *ActiveViewCpm* field is not in the fields list, this
issue is coming using v201605 only but if I change back to v201603 it would
work fine.

Anyone Please check this issue this is critical and we cannot migrate to
v201605 unless its fixed.

Thanks,
Ronak Shah

I am looking for a way to track the conversion events conversions for
Product Group.However I can see that PRODUCT_PARTITION_REPORT
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/product-partition-report>
 doesn't report the ConversionTrackerId and ConversionTypeName.Is there any
way to track the conversion events on Product Level?

Thanks,

 Hello Anash,

 I didn't get u properly, let me explain you the situation here, i want to
 know the daily budget i.e. per day budget spent on my campaigns and i also
 want to know that how much of budget is utilised for my campaigns, logging
 into adwords account from campaign settings tab we can get the daily
 budget for my campaign but i want that value through report, for that i am
 focussing on campaign performance report in that report, there are two
 fields Amount and Cost, so what does this two columns refer to?
 And also i spotted one more culumn of DerivedDailyBudget, what is this
 column for?

 Is it possible through campaign performance report?

 Hi Ronak,

 You could run the report requesting Date as a field, and the campaign
 performance report should give you the spent on the cost field of the
 report. Period is set using dateRange field of report definition. See
