Best toolbox prices I have ever seen were from estate sales. Sometimes
possible to get something that would be a $3000 snapon new for $250.

Coil up your slack in ceiling rafters using smurf tube and some velcro
strapping. I had some that got over ordered on a tower like a 100' of it.
We made a tray to hang a few inch from ceiling about 3' across to house
all the access. looked good but frustrating to say the least.

I have a couple of their rolling toolboxes in my home workshop. They are
actually really nice. I agree many tools are use once and throw away but they
have some decent stuff and have been getting better over time.
