Nate,
Yeah, I remember the day... We are still on a tower from 10yrs ago and
had crazy issues. What finally fixed it is
the Superior Essex cable with rigid copper jacket. Anything else that
doesnt meet those specs with rigid shield is going to
have issues. The Belden has only a single jacket
Sorry for digging up the old thread, hopefully it will help someone in

We put on a Far-Rite #2643626002

core on every Ethernet cable. Just looped the Belden 7919a cable,
We are co-lo'd with a 5K transmitter and similar run but we finally went
with Superior essex rigid copper shield cable
and used the faraday method of grounding. It was easy since the pmp450i
came along we just had to make sure the rj45
was just long enough to connect with the metal grommet have

Have tried Shireen DC-2020? Dual shields...we have used it with success in
SCADA application with high EMI and RFI levelsit's pricey but worked for us.

We had a similar problem several years ago. We were getting a beat
frequency between two high power transmitters. The thing that fixed it
for us was the snap-on torroids at each end. Depending on power levels,
you might want the conduit as well. It helps to know what frequency you
need to

Yeah, that too. Some folks could not make it work without the liquidtight.

Put all Ethernet cables inside shielded liquidtight flex conduit
signals like this.

Do you have to use unshielded cat5 if you put a core or choke on?
