I understand on the receiving end there are rules and filters. Just wondering
about sending from a company account so that Google does not think your bulk
messages are spam.

Google has filtering rules, you can set one up in various ways. In my google
mail client, you can do it from an email by clicking on 'Filter messages like
these' in the message 'toolbar'. One of the processing options

And to add insult to injury, Google seems to have decided that any bounce
messages generated by messages being sent from the ticketing system is spam:

Awesome! Thanks Forrest. I use Office365 and I do not see any of those replies.
Can you email me direct what address was used for those emails and I can do a

You might want to check your spam folder for replies from our ticketing
system.Please let me know if you got them there, as we're trying to
determine if this type of thing is a 'ticketing system didn't send the
message' or 'spam filters are eating the messages' issue. Note that we
were out
I have been trying to get in touch with them for over a week through email and
phone calls. It looks like the last time Forrest emailed the list was October
